OTC encore is junk
"This is the slowest most useless scan tool I have ever owned. I currently own a 13 yr old Mac taskmaster(otc), a GM tech ll also made by otc and previously a snap on brick all blow the encore away. Encore advertises Euro coverage NOT, the global mode is useless and vehicles it can access its so slow I have to use my old taskmaster to see the data. After much back and forth with OTC I decided to return it(otc's recommendation). Called Toolsource spoke to a woman who told me she would get back to me, never got a call back. Tried again to no avail. Now I got a $1500. Paper weight. My advice, stay away from OTC and Toolsource"

"My salesman was Chris Deal , he was excellent. I got a better price than Lowes with the shipping, the skid was delivered 7 days after I purchased it. The skid packaging was well done so the trucker used his pallet jack and placed it exactly where I needed it. 1800 lbs of flooring can pose a problem when not packed and shipped correctly. The eucalyptus flooring looks good and was well packed. We're acclimating it now before we install it. So far so good . Thanks Chris"
