"I've found that KEH generally VERY conservative in their condition ratings. They must have a team of experts cleaning their stock because even the UG and BGN lenses that I've purchased have been cosmetically perfect. Sometimes, their UG items are really just lenses with a jammed aperture pin or something like that. I've gotten one or two that were easily fixed. Their return policy is excellent, allowing you to return items, no questions asked. I once forgot to add a $7 lens cap to a big order, so I emailed them to add it for me. The order was sent off to the warehouse before the lens cap could be added, so their shipping manager sent the cap in a separate package to me, free of charge! Overall, I've had a great experience with KEH. My only gripe is that they don't have a cheaper shipping option, but that really only matters when you want to buy a few cheap accessories."

"I bought 3 Logitech optical mice from JustDeals and two of them were dead on arrival. I emailed JustDeals customer support and asked for an RMA number to get a refund, which was quickly granted. I sent back the mice via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation and after a few days, the tracking number showed that they had arrived. A few more days passed, and I heard nothing from JustDeals so I emailed their customer support again. They claimed to never have received my package and that their returns department would look into it. After several more days and FOUR more emails, I was finally notified that replacements had been sent to me. I had asked for a REFUND in my original email, but since the mice were cheap, I didn't really care. I received the package and only found ONE mouse inside. I had paid for and returned TWO. The single replacement mouse seemed to work, so I emailed them again and asked them to send a second one. A different representative emailed me back and told me that it would take a few business days. It's been two weeks now with no reply from them. Over these past two weeks, the replacement mouse has been failing intermittently. I've sent them another email, but I don't expect much. I'm going to be contacting my credit card company soon to get my money back."

"Compared to Newegg, ZZF is a bit slower in processing and shipping orders. Their prices are generally a bit higher too, but they offer free 2-day shipping on most items to balance it out. Unfortunately for me, since I live in California, I get charged slightly more tax because of the higher prices. In the end, ZZF is a bit pricier and it takes longer for me to get my packages. On the plus side, they use Fedex while Newegg uses UPS."

"I ordered a new case from PCAlchemy on Friday the 17th. On Saturday, I received a phone call from Greg stating that I put down will call, yet I live near 100 miles away. I had mistakenly chosen will call instead of delivery and they caught it for me. Once everything was cleared up, they shipped it out on Monday, and I received it Tuesday afternoon. It was definitely a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again."

"I ordered on Saturday and got my tracking number on Sunday! I expected them to be busy for the holiday season, but they were even working over the weekend to get shipments out for Christmas! EDIT for March 2006: I just ordered most of the parts for a new system from Newegg this last week. I made multiple orders as I made up my mind on what to order and each order arrived the day after I placed it! Newegg processed and shipped the orders on the SAME day and since they're only about 30-40 miles from me, UPS was able to deliver them the very next afternoon. So far, I'm very happy with Newegg's service."

"I bought two DDR pads from them on Sunday and received them on Wednesday. Within a day of playing, I noticed that the plastic pieces inside the pads were moving so I asked for replacements. The customer service was great and the shipping was fast. I didn't have to pay a single cent to get the replacements and to send back the old ones."
