"Pristine has terrible customer service. They have outrageous shipping charges which they won't combine, even through they put multiple items in the same container. They take nearly a week to ship after payment and they use UPS Ground for photos? It costs them nothing as a major UPS shipper to redirect or hold a package yet they refuse. I will never use them again and suggest everyone stay far away."

"This is a terrible organization. Sent me a DOA Zune and then wanted me to "check the forums for help". I asked for a refund and they finally sent an email but I never got the funds via Paypal. Tried the chat service and it's the worst broken English I have ever seen. 'Judy" kept saying they shipped the items. She also asked comically "Who's Judy?" Don't use them!"

"I will not be buying from this company again. Their glasses were horribly made. They bend everything you see at the top and bottom of the lens. They refuse to answer my emails. Customer Service is awful. The people that are voting them positive are probably employees."

"One of the worst experiences with an online dealer and shocking in today's web. Ordered Tuesday 5/9/06, didn't confirm my order until Saturday 5/13/06. Said he was "out of town". Didn't know what my problem was and that he "might ship" my item the next Monday (took my money Thursday). I had already mentioned it was a gift and he could've cared less. This kind of service just can't complete with other internet companies today. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."
