2 Day Shipping Promises
"Walmart orders for store pickup for me never arrive in 2 days. Sometimes it's one day late and other times it's over four days late. Some of my orders were shipped to different stores. No response from Walmart. In-store pickup is a joke. Waiting from 15 to 30 minutes. Most of the time I go get a manager. Usually, store staff are very polite and try to find a resolution. My complaint is directed to walmart.com. Walmart is a necessary evil in my opinion."

"Use caution when ordering from this company. They don't respond to emails. Attempting to check order status through my account results in my browser timing out. Use a credit card company that issues a chargeback if your order is delayed or arrives defective."

"Yet another disastified customer. My cc was charged the day of my order. My order shows in process. I have sent three emails with no response. I telephoned twice with no answer. I can only blame myself. I should have checked their ratings. DO NOT buy from this store!"

"I purchased a refrigerator on sears.com on May 7, 2006. They charged my credit card the very same day. I agreed to accept a pickup date of May 24, 2006. They just called and said the new pickup date was June 6, 2006. Okay, I'm just a little irritated that sears.com can charge my credit card without the merchandise in my hand. They will have had my money for a month, before I even have a refrigerator. Something is just plain wrong with a company who has allowed greed to become their business motto. I closed my credit card account with them last year due to gross negligence on their part. This account had remained open in good standing for over thirty years. It was a good relationship gone sour. SEARS has changed and so have I. I only shop there out of necessity and always look for alternatives. SEARS at one time had pride in their customer service and product quality, now they can only offer rhetoric for their failures. They have become an arrogant and distasteful company. My mouth lives with a bitter taste of disgust when I think of my past experiences with them."

"Gateway is selling old M680 Notebook Computer as their New NX850 notebook computer. It is labeled as an NX850 on the outside but in the system properties and System information it clerly states it is a M680. They acknowledge it as an error but refused to provide any compensation."

"Took a chance with this company. Placed an order for a hp 450cbi mobile printer over the internet. Called the next day to verify order. They substituted the hp 450ci and lithium battery. Which is the same as hp 450cbi. Received in new condition as promised."

"Beware of ordering through this company. I ordered a Bluettoth SDIO Card for my Palm 515. They did not send the software CD with the order. They stated that it didn't come with a CD. Weeks of emails produced meaningless gibberish and propaganda but no CD. I finally called the customer service department and sent it back. In a previous order they substituted an item without consulting me. Of course the item was out of stock when I called after receiving the order."
