"I've read some negative comments about StarMicro but I have to say that I found just the total opposite. I ordered a OEM AMD 6000+ and found the service to be Professional and Customer Satisfaction Oriented. Working with StarMicro I was allowed to return the 6000+ (125W) because agreement was made to exchange it for (89W) version...however, they continued to keep me updated but after a few weeks...they agreed to refund the full amount (excluding shipping). StarMicro showed me they are truly 'Customer Satisfaction' Business and all one has to do is call if you have a issue and notice the Professionalism they exhibit."

"Purchased a new NEC MultiSync FE992 Monitor and was recieved Defective. Called PCNations Returns and they basically ignored me for 7 days. but..I came to find out the person who generally handles this was out for personal reasons (wife having baby) and the person taking care of it did 'not' communicate this..which would have prevented some frustration and trust...Once this person came back...It took 24hrs hours to resolve my issue..and hopes PC Nation will in the future take note of such issues..I feel PCNation is a Valueable Asset to the Online Community."
