"Order was placed on a Friday. Did not receive tracking email and it had already been 4 days so I gave them a call. Once I call them, I am then told that the product is back-ordered from the manufacturer and the expected ship date is nearly three weeks away.
Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting for the order to arrive with no clue that they did not even have it in stock.
Poor customer service. If something is not going to ship, and especially in this case when the eta is nearly a month away, at least have the decency to follow up with the customer and let them know."
