About the refunds,We offer you following two options:

In order to get my money back I will have to specifically ask them refund to my paypal account. Otherwise it will automatically goes to their store credit. I asked them to refund to paypal account and finally I got refund. Their after sales support could be better :)"
"I made an offer for fuji 56mm f1.2 on 03/21/2015. I was told if i increase the offer $20, My offer would be accepted. I was really happy because it was still $40 less than Amazon/Adorama price. I received the lens on 03/27/2015. Unfortunately the lens was defective as it exhibit very excessive noise when focusing. The noise was really bad, that I could feel vibration in my fingers while focusing. I returned and I am waiting for my refund.

They could have told that what would they offer before sending all them to their used department. They representative I spoke with could even care to explain why these valued for just $500. He also told me If i buy Fuji X-T1 and 35mm F1.4 I would get $700 discount. But it didn't work for me.
I have been a loyal customer and I have bought for around $2250 in last 15 months from them.I had been having great customer service for buying new . But this is total disaster for me. I will try harder to avoid them in future."
"I have ordered the SanDisk EXTREME SDHC CLASS 10(45MB/s)32GB Card on 11/28/2013. The order was shipped 12/01/2013. It took almost 10 days and still i have not received the order. When I checked the status of my order, It says "Delivery exception -Customer not available or business closed - Please contact local Post Office to pick up or reschedule delivery". I was at home on 12/09/2013. Nobody knocked at my home. I dont have any receipt saying that delivery has been attempted. I contacted B&H customer Service. The representative asked me to contact USPS.I have three different post offices at my zip code. I don't know which one to go and check and USPS customer service sucks bigtime.

I wanted to buy a Macbook Pro.
I called Macmall representative and told him i want to buy a macbook pro.
When i was about to complete the order, he said i can also customize the macbook pro
and upgrade memory and harddisk. I was interested in upgrading the display resoulution to High Resolution display.
The prize i was told for this upgrade was $250. I checked apple site it was $150.
I asked him why was the prize different($100) and he told me not to buy from Macmall and asked me to buy from apple site.
I thanked him for his suggestion and i cut the call.
That was one of the worst customer care experience i have ever seeen. I wrote a review about Macmall in ResellerRatings.

I got a email from Macmall Customer Service saying that issue will be investigated and A MacMall representative will be in touch with you within 24hrs.
I got a call from Macmall representative and She apolized for the bad service and she said she can help me out with my Macbook Pro order.
With her help i was able to customize Macbook Pro and she offered couple of deals (one day shipping, discount in RAM and Harddisk upgrade).
I finally ordered open box Macbook Pro (2.3GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor,8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, High resolution Anti glare display).
I was told it will be shipped same day and i will get my Macbook Pro in next day.
I was really happy and i thanked her for the great service. They had some problem with my debit card and i used my credit card and it went through.
Wednesday ( July-27-2011)
Morning I checked my order status online. It was backordered. I called her asked why it was backordered.
She said they didnt have 128 GB SSD in stock,they are waiting for the SSD drive and Once they receive they will install immediately and ship it today.
Thursday ( July-28-2011)
Morning I checked my order status online. It was Discontinued. I called Macmall and they said it will be shipped today and online status was wrong.
I waited till 2 PM PST it was not shipped. I called them again and asked abot my order status.
They said there was problem with my order. They tried to install 128 GB SSD with Macbook Pro and the display was broken ( there was a black line in display).
He said they dont have the same open box model (MBP ) and he can revise the order for new Macbook Pro.
He also said I can get a Macbook Pro with 2.2GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor,8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, High resolution Anti glare display for the same prize.
There was no deal in it. The discount was barely $100 that i can get from other stores.
I was really disappointed.
I wanted to cancel my order. I told Macmall representative to cancel the order. She immediately acked me "Why did you order then". I have never seen this kind of rude representative in any of my online purchace. I cut the call and taled to another representative and I cancelled my order.
My total experince was a mess. They never got my order right.
All my macbook dreams were going away.
I dont know how to describe my experience with Macmall. It may be the worst place to buy anything online.
Update: ordered through ABT.COM.It was $98 lesser than MacMall prize. Expecteting delivery tomorrow :)"
"" I ordered on May 8th they took two 2 days to process the order and finally they shipped (UPS ground for $19.99). while ordering it didn't say that order requires the signature. but UPS said it needed signature. they should have clearly said the package requires signature while ordering itself. I ordered a receiver from them couple month back it didn't require signature.". At last i ended up calling UPS and sent it back to electronics expo. Then i got a call from Bruno (EE customer care) and he solved the problem. Thanks a lot"
