"May 16, 2020 order placed totalling $348.31. Received one item priced at $34.99. June 15, 2020 contacted company regarding remainder of order. Response was - shipment delayed still further until July 27-31, 2020. Requested cancellation of balance of shipment, a refund for $308.08 as well as a time frame for the refund process. Time frame unavailable because Refund Department undergoing System Maintenance, check back in 10 days. Contacted company on July 28, 2020 to follow up on refund. Update unavailable because of ongoing System Maintenance."

"Ordered a pair of progressives. Received a beautiful pair of glasses but couldn't read with them. Vision was blurry. Notified Zenni and they requested that I send them back for review. They replied that the prescription was filled correctly. Was offered either a 50% refund or a Lifetime Credit or a One-Time Re-Do. Chose to have them re-done but only as a Single Vision for reading. 2nd pair arrived and received a pair of single vision glasses for distance. Couldn't see a thing up close. So finally it ended up costing me a $170 for a pair of plastic frames from Zenni. Had an optometrist re-fill the frames with reading lenses. TOTAL END COST to me: $310 :o(("
