"I had bookmarked their site several months ago and decided to try them out because their prices on case fans were so good. I picked out all the fans I needed to order, then called them instead of placing the order online because they weren't listed here at resellerratings. They were very helpful on the phone, letting me know the exact status of the quantity of case fans that were in stock that I was ordering and their shipping rates were very reasonable. After placing the order by phone, I received email notification within 2 hours that my order was shipped. My package arrived in the time specified by the shipping method(3 day air, in my case) and the package was well packed and secure. The products were exactly as described on their website. I will order from these people again."

"I was a little leary of ordering from these people at first because their reseller rating is low compared to the companies I usually do business with but their price on the A7N8X mobo I ordered was $13 cheaper than Newegg with free shipping so I decided to try them out. There were no problems placing the order and getting confirmation of the order. It took about 36 hours for them to process and ship my order via Airborne, who is not my favorite shipping company, but Airborne did a good job on this order. I received my order today and it was well packed and the mobo box has all the parts that are supposed to come with the A7N8X. I would order in the future from this company if they are significantly cheaper than Newegg and keep the free shipping offer. There were no problems getting the shipping and tracking info from GameVE either as they emailed that info when the order shipped."

"This is my second order from them and no problems at all with ordering and they sent prompt notification of shipping.
UPDATE:6/2/06 This company continues to impress me with their prompt and personal service. I ordered a Delta GFB fan from them and they didn't have the wiring configuration on their website. I called them and Gary answered the phone. He was great to deal with and changed the wiring configuration around on this monster fan to meet my needs. Sidewindercomputers is the kind of store other vendors need to strive to be like. They are one of the very best online e-tailers I've ever dealt with and I will continue to give them my business."

"As usual, great service fron Dangerden. It takes them a little while to ship the product, but it is clearly stated that they ship 3-5 days after placing the order. The only thing I wish they would do is to have an 800 number so that you could contact them by voice, in case of a problem with your order or you would like to change something on your order."
