"I order from Meritline 2 to 3 times a month. They really have the rock-bottom lowest prices around on their sale items. Sometimes shipping takes a while, because some items come from Hong Kong or Taiwan, but with the low prices I really do not mind the wait, and besides, overall the service is great."

"I ordered five KGDT1018G2CY Kingston Technology 8GB DataTraveler's at a great price. The items were listed as "backordered" and Adorama sent an email to verify the order right away. But I was willing to wait for them as they are to be Christmas gifts. They arrived about ten days after I placed the order - much faster that I normally expect backordered items to arrive. "Ordered "NetDisk 352UN 2 Bay NDAS Network Enclosure" from Computer Brain through Amazon Marketplace. Seller sent me "NetDisk 351UNE 3.5-Inch USB/eSATA/Ethernet Enclosure For USB or Network Storage", which is a single-bay enclosure. I contacted seller thru Amazon to resolve. Seller paid return shipping, stated they did have the correct item, and would send it to me as soon as they received the first one back. After they received the first item back, however, they again sent the same, wrong item. This time seller stated that they did not have the correct item for sale. They sold the one they were holding for me to another buyer and told me that they no longer have this item for sale. SHAME ON THEM. AVOID THIS SELLER!"

"Invoice number is google checkout order number. Item (IOCell Networks - 352ND - 2 Bay NDAS Network Enclosure) was listed as "in stock" when I placed the order. The day after I paid, seller sent me an email to cancel the transaction. When I emailed them and asked why they cancelled it, they replied that they no longer had the item for sale at the price I paid ($73.15, including shipping), but they would sell me one for $25 more. I checked their web site and they were still offering it as "in stock" until one week after they cancelled my order, although they had changed the listed price to reflect a $25 increase in price. BAIT AND SWITCH pricing. A month later (7 Apr 09) I was on the NeoBits website and they were offering the same item for a penny less than I had paid the first time, including shipping ($73.14 total). I again placed the order, and they again cancelled the order; this time with no explanation or apology. STAY AWAY FROM NEOBITS!!!"
