"Decent prices and quick shipping. Did not receive shipping information until days later but the order had indeed been shipped within the first 24 hours. Wrote autoplicity about shipping information and received a quick reply."

"BEWARE. Amazon.com allows their third party sellers to participate in unethical business practices. My order was placed through Amazon on a saturday evening to an item a third party seller had listed. The price had been dropping all day long and I finally decided to place an order. The order was accepted. Sunday morning I get an email saying the order was cancelled, the item was out of stock. Went back to Amazon to purchase from another seller and found the exact same item for sale by the same seller. Only difference was the price was now $5 more! Contacted customer service about this issue but was told there was nothing could be done. To make matters even worse, once my order was cancelled, it was like there was no record of the transaction at all at Amazons website so I couldn't even rate the seller who performed this unethical behavior."

"I have shopped online at this store for a number of years and have been overall pleased. I think their shipping and handling charges are a bit higher then other online retailers. Recently, I tried to do an order with a Visa gift card. The order was accepted but then a day or two later I was notified there was a problem. Turns out their policy is to accept only one charge card per order. Since the Visa gift card is essentially another credit card, they wouldn't accept payment from the gift card and wanted to charge the full balance to my other charge card. Their reasoning was it messed up their accounting. Even when I talked with someone from their credit department, I could not get this solved. I essentially canceled the order. In my opinion, this retailer doesn't go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Add to this the fact that they have this ridiculous reasoning for not accepting Visa gift cards when additional payments are required. I've written a letter to their customer service center in hopes they may wake up and change their policies. In the meantime, because of this negative experience with them, I can't recommend using them as an online retailer. I've had better experiences with other sporting goods online retailers."
