"I purchased the Hoover F5411 SteamVac Jr and some cleaning solutions.
It took about 5 days from purchase to delivery.
It's not the prettiest web site, but they had what I wanted and offered it at a great price.

"Fast shipping and good customer service.
But beware the "white box" items.
I purchased the 3WARE Escalade 7500-4LP white box kit (http://www.pc-pitstop.com/ide_raid/) which is supposed to include:
- 7500-4LP RAID card
- four 3-position 80 conductor PVC insulated flat ribbon cables
- two Y-split power extension cables
- manual
- drivers & management software on CD
- 3-year warranty
When the package arrived, I only got the 7500-4LP RAID card. After a quick to e-mail to customer service, I got a nice apologetic e-mail response saying that the missing items will be sent Priority Mail. Well, a few days later I received the 4 Ultra ATA cables, one Y-split power cable, a burned CD-R with the software.
I also purchased the Cremax MB810-AKF which arrived just fine."
