"Lucky Vitamin is VERY GOOD! I purchased Tom's of Maine Natural toothpaste (fluoride free). They listed ALL varities with detailed information. Bought 12 tubes (quantity discount), and S&H didn't increase (from 1 tube)! Best prices on the net! Shipped promptly, packed well... Had to call for "in stock"?- were VERY nice!"

"Arizona Tools sold me a defective silver tarp, but good service. Grommets on all 4 corners were poorly attached, and one not-at-all. Nice Customer Service Issued me a partial credit, so that I used to buy a grommet attachment kit. They need to check corner grommets on their other tarps! Low prices, but very restrictive return policy."

"Sleep EZ mattress VERY GOOD!- Pros- 1. 10000 is a VERY comfortable med/soft mattress. My nagging lower back pain (that I got after 4 years of using an expensive Spring Air Pillow Top mattress), went away! 2. Shipped/received in a very timely manner!!! 3. Salesman Shawn was very nice & helpful- no "High Pressure" sales tactics..., and made sure I got my invoice. 4. Comfortable "adjustable" 3 density layer Talalay foam is hundreds less than Sealy's closest 1 layer "somewhat" comparable. Bottom Line- I'd use them again!"

"Vitaglo NEVER A PROBLEM!- CONSUMER TIPS!!! I have ordered Vitamins/herb products (best prices I've found!!!), "several times" and never a problem. Shipped "free" ($50+ order) within 2 days, long expiration date. I will continue using them! After reading MANY negative reviews on Vitaglo- It would appear that they are good unless you have a problem. Their lack of consumer services..., is reflected in their "lowest by far" prices. Consumer tips!- If I do ever have a problem with ANY online purchase- 1. I ALWAYS pay with #1PayPal (easy disputes...! I alternate pay with my CC, just in case...?!), or a Credit Card. I can always dispute a purchase back to PayPal or my Credit Card company (not as easy) for refund... No, I don't own stock in PayPal- but PayPal has easily handled SEVERAL disputes for me on bad... EBAY purchases, and have always gotten me satisfaction with a refund/credit/product...! When you file a PayPal dispute- Sellers acct. is automatically frozen, until resolved...! a. I always contact seller via "email" & keep a copy of ALL.../detailed notes!, for the proof that is required with a CC dispute! b. I NEVER pay ANY online purchase with a debit/bank card or check, as this is virtually the "same as cash", and VERY difficult to get a refund... on!"

Their high quality generic cables are 80% less! 4. Their Arctic silver 5 is 40% less. Many of their other products VERY LOW PRICED> This is the first place I look for supplies!"

"Newegg.com charges restocking fee for defective items! I ordered two sata HD's (Hard Drives), for my business computer. 3 day delivery guaranteed- Took 4 days (from date shipped). Both drives were defective! RMA'd- defective, in as-new condition. I had to overnight the EXACT two same drives from DELL. They worked perfect! My Computer Tech business was down for 10 days. This DELL HD fix..., also ended up costing me $150 more! Then!- I get the RMA invoice's from Newegg, and they have the nerve to charge me $47 in re-stocking fees! BAH HUMBUG! Newegg Customer satisfaction returned my call & offered to make it right?- I'll post if they do as they said? Newegg finally refunded the restocking fee+. Shold have done this automatically, on return of defective merchandise!"

"Securemart.com A WORD OF ADVICE!- The only invoice you will be able to get, is at checkout! PRINT IT AT CHECKOUT! "Excellent!" price on Antec SLK3700-BQE ATX computer case (LOVE IT!), makes ordering problems worth it! Brand new, in perfect condition ( First time I have ever received a shipment from Fed-ex, that had outside damage to shipping box? Product appears to be ok?)! Checkout showed S&H, but did not include S&H on final checkout invoice (bug)? They emailed me promptly for S&H $authorization- shipped that same day! I had to email them twice, for a corrected invoice copy. Terry & Cust svc. rep, were VERY NICE! I would use them again!"

"Amazon.com- Slow delivery Bad Credit Card! The one thing I REALLY like about them is their "User Reviews" on products- THE BEST! My BIGGEST complaint is with their new Amazon Visa credit card promotion. VERY MISLEADING! While checking out- Sign up now , and get a $30 gift certificate. 1. You don't get the certificate until approval by BankOne. 2. Then nowhere in "my account" did it show the certificate (only on checkout). 3. It has a fairly short expiration date (no mention of this). Have to call... 4. They offer a 1% gift Amazon rebate (most other cards offer cash). Here is the catch!- You only get a gift certificate when you charge a FULL $2500.00. Then I suppose that you get one of their "no show"/short expiration date gift certificates?! Anything less gets nothing! Probably an expiration date on that too! As soon as I get my first $2500 charged, I am going to drop them! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I finally get the "poor quality" VCR, and it's pack in a "badly" damaged box! It was that way before they shipped it (shipping bag was intact)!"

"Saitech not trustworthy! Purchased CPU that did not fit in socket. Called Intel support who verified I ordered correct CPU for my MBO. Intel then advised me that it was a defective CPU, and to return it. I ordered the same model# CPU from another supplier, and it fit just fine! When Saitech called me- I told them about the new CPU fitting- Saitech still charged me a 15% restocking fee, on this DEFECTIVE PART! BAH HUMBUG!"

"RuntimeComputer- Excellent memory prices,BUT!- 1. Paid for "name brand" memory, and received "generic"- that didn't work. Email invoice also said "name brand". I paid for return shipping. 2. Took them 11 days from receiving back memory, and a phone call, to get a refund (product only) on my credit card. Have used them 3 times, and this was the first problem. They need a "memory finder", and better product specs.!"

"GOOD ONE! READ THIS! How to return an "unopened" item (from most anyone!), and not pay any extra "return" shipping!- I ordered the wrong item, and called buy.com (you get a phone#, with email order confirmation)cust svc for instructions (item had already shipped, but not received yet)? They advised me to- 1. Go to their "excellent" web site, and get an RMA# (very easy- "returning items..."). 2. When I receive the item- "Do not open it!". 3. Write the RMA# on the outside of the box. 4. "Call" the carrier (cannot take to their depot), and schedule a pickup. a. Request that the carrier leave you proof of return (in case of any hassle...)! b. Make note of the tracking#, and print it out on their web site, after returned. Buy.com gave me a "full credit", and ate the "free" shipping! Couldn't have been better!"

"LOUSY OUTSOURCED TECH SUPPORT! DELL used to have highly rated tech support. The past few times I have had problems, I ended up with "totally clueless" techs from the Philiphines (and I paid extra for priority advanced support! Should have got the GOLD support I guess?) I used to get techs from India that were pretty good, but no more!? DELL is NOT SWELL!"
