"Ordered a phone May 10. They shipped the wrong phone. I returned it the same day I received it, but had to wait for the ground shipment to go from East Coast US to West Coast before they would even begin processing the replacement order. The replacement phone was listed as finally shipping June 4. But after three days, all the tracking shows is "billing information received". No shipment, no phone. This company is a disaster."
"I wasn't at all impressed with this vendor. First my shipment took three weeks to arrive, then the item I ordered was absolute junk, and they quoted their "no return policy" when I tried to send it back unopened. I read the policy, but that little tidbit is right at the bottom. Never again."
"I wish I had such a good experience as everyone else claims.. I made an order on May 6. After hearing nothing by May 20 (other than invoice received) I emailed them to check on it. They got back to me on May 24 saying that they had had trouble with one item but the order was shipping that day. On May 30 I received the order, but with 2 of the 4 items missing, and was charged for all of them (they claim to only charge when all items are shipped). I immediately emailed them back asking when I was going to get the rest of my items, even offering to cancel the difficult item if it would expedite things. No response to emails until June 17, when, 6 weeks after I ordered, they told me that the most important item on my order was no longer available and finally shipped the last remaining item. I'll never order from them again, their customer service is atrocious."
