Extremely poor customer service
"Shipping times way off. Then I got this back when I complained: "Please note your order will be delivered within our shipping time frame. If you chose not to read the shipping time frame please do not fault us." Thing is, these guys are insulting losers. I was completely within their time frame and they respond with that nonsense. Recommend don't buy a thing from them."

"They took my order, then canceled the order 3 days later - yes they have the correct email address on my account - STILL have not sent me email about 5 days later, I had to find out in my account when I tried to get shipping status. Called, talked to a supervisor, their call center is in India with very poor phone reception and hard to hear not to mention language issues. Assured me he'd reverse the charge, send me an email right away indicating such and escalate the issue. The out of stock item was still available for purchase on their website but his so called real time tool said it was not - 3 days after we both knew it was out of stock! Unacceptable website inventory control. To boot, I STILL have not received ANY emails from them indicating the cancellation of the order, or anything at all from the supervisor I talked to! 3 days later! I called my bank and told them what was going on, they were in total agreement that Sears should not have fully charged my card and accepted payment for an item that they did not ship. But they did! The bank reversed the charges right away. Do not do business with Sears."

"November 25 update: After a couple of more email exchanges, Maurice J. took ownership with very professional courtesy and I ordered the TV today at the advertised price. I'm pleased with the outcome and the treatment of the situation, and he did so well that I recommend buying with them. ================= November 19 Update: Buydig responded favorably to the BBB Report and will offer me this at the advertised price. I will contact them tomorrow to take them up on it. I am increasing my rating to 4 stars because they did the right thing for the customer when confronted. ===================== Buydig are liars and pulled a price baiting scam last week. They ran this ad: http://dealmac.com/LG-32-720-p-LED-LCD-HDTV-for-200-free-shipping/895880.html “BuyDig via eBay offers the LG 32 inch 720p LED-Backlit LCD HD Television, model no. 32LN520B, for an in-cart price of $199.99 with free shipping. That's the lowest total price we could find by $29 and the cheapest LG 32 inch 720p LED LCD HDTV we've seen. Features include a 1366x768 (720p) native resolution, USB, and two HDMI inputs. Deal ends November 8 at 11:19 am ET. “ I looked at it on the night of the 6th, was going to buy it the next morning, then they changed the price on the 7th to $250, a full day before the end of their sale date. If that is not bait and switch then I don not know what is. They were never out of stock on this item, they simply upped the price by 50 bucks over 24 hours before the sale end date. I have a report with the BBB about them."

"First and last experience with these people. They falsely advertised a sale price of $66 for 20" HP monitors, with a ship date of 7-14 days, on Dealmac for 2 days. I ordered two of them. Then they emailed me a day later saying they canceled my order claiming they couldn't get them any more. They were up front about it on Dealmac that they wouldn't ship til they got them in, knowing they weren't getting them for a while. I trusted that to be the truth. It was not the truth. This is false advertising to get people to their website. And of course they didn't even bother to give a $5 or $10 credit or something for the inconvenience. If you see a deal that seems too good to be true, then it probably is and the seller is probably a fraud. In this case that's all true. I would think twice before buying anything from this website. What irks me the most is that I spent the time to give them my credit card information and place an order and create an account. It's not a matter of a backorder and them honoring what they advertised, it's a matter of them lying to the public about pricing on something they didn't have and couldn't get, simply to trick people into generating traffic to their website."

"I tried to order something from them. I had to send them the below after I tried...what a damn farce this company is. And it's 3 days later and they have not responded to me. I don't expect I'll get one. I think that 12 year old children could run a business better than this...oh wait maybe they ARE 12 year olds. ================ I went to pay for the order using the dealnews1 coupon to get the batteries and charger for 16.99 + a penny. I clicked Place Order and it took me to the paypal page, where a dialog came down asking to to enter my password and username for Pennywise. The thing is, that dialog only had about half the characters showing correctly in it. There were weird characters like dollar signs and number symbols where about half of the letters should have been. So I closed it and went back to your site to try again, and now it says I already used the coupon, even though I never paid. And what's up with sending me an email that says "Welcome to" in the subject line and nothing else at all there after I create an account? I'm sorry, but your site is too buggy and unprofessional for me to become a customer of yours. You can lose a lot of business with nonsense like this. It makes NO sense that the lame dialog would come up on paypal like that, I shop online ALL the time and I have never seen any payment page do that. And your blank subject line with a Welcome to... and nothing after it...well, excuse but I do NOT feel welcome! FIX YOUR SITE OR HIRE A REAL WEBMASTER."

"Used to be a fairly avid customer of Newegg til I started doing some more research into pricing on some items. One case in point is an apple wired keyboard, they charge 20 bucks more than anyone, retail or online. Plus almost 8 bucks for shipping, makes it almost 30 bucks more than anyone. They refused to give me the same price as everyone else charges, they are completely out of line with their repeated "we don't pricematch" canned emails, especially to a customer spending more than $5k a year with them. Also, their recent changes to the format of the product pages suck, all product reviews hard-wrap the text on the right, often right in the middle of a word, making it very hard to read and making it look VERY unprofessional. I can't believe they've had this new product page format for about 3 months now and have not addressed this issue. I also have not changed my position that REBATES SUCK and I would guess well over 50% of purchases at Newegg require a rebate, inconveniencing me and just making the process more of a hassle. Sell it to me for the sale price and stop this incessant rebate nonsense on most items. Please note my comments don't have to do with a specific order, but this website requires that I put an order number in. NEWEGG: Do NOT call me on the phone like you did before about this review! I do not give permission to do so, only to email."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. Their customer service sucks and they are not honest. I sent them a note: Obviously you are having some problem, because I have not received any notice that you have shipped this. What's the hold up? If I don't hear something from you by tomorrow I'm doing a chargeback. I ordered last Wednesday, and it's Sunday now with no shipping confirmation from you. They replied: USPS xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Shipped 11/4 No "I'm sorry we didn't send you shipping notice" or anything. Just the lack of personal attention means I won't buy any more. I opened the package about a week later. They were thermals, same item number as I had ordered 3 or 4 months ago. The quality compared to the first order was awful. It is not even the same product. It is made by a mfr in USA, the first was from China. the thermals were a LOT thinner, half the weight of the first ones I got. I couldn't believe it. They represent these as being some of the best polar thermals you can buy. Well they did a bait and switch and didn't even bother to put a different item number on them, they are representing them as the same. This to me constitutes FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. Their customer service sucks and they are not honest."
