"I have a 1993 MR2 Turbo and ordered (2) 225/50R15 Yokohama ES 100's and (2) 195/50R15 Yokohama ES 100's for the front. Granted, I have ordered many things over the Internet but never tires. The local tire dealers around here wanted between $575 to $700 for the set. I purchased them for $306 shipped! It cost me $10 per tire to mount and balance them, you add it up. The tires are shipped (2) tied together, not in a box or anything, but they're tires, what could really hurt them?? If you ever wanted to see what your vehicle looks with a new set of rims, check this site out as they have most cars on there where you can change the rims to view the new appearance - Nice. They actually called me within 15 minutes of my purchase to inform me that the (2) front tires where a little shorter than the factory size (the size I needed in Yokohama's are in a national backorder, I checked everywhere) and that I needed to add a little more air pressure to obtain maximum performance. Outstanding experience! Will do business with again."

"Bought a *Refurbished* Radeon 8500DV All In Wonder card. It shipped on 1/13/2003 & was in my hands in North Carolina at 10:15am 1/5/2003! The only problem is that the wrong cables were in the box. I called Newegg and the rep kindly stated that the web site plainly says: You are taking a chance buying this equipment! All accessories may NOT be included. Newegg is NOT responsible for missing cables! So... that's great. *sigh* I was in such a hurry to buy, I didn't even see this section. All I can say is, Newegg... I love you guys but come on! If things are missing or wrong, lets not play grab bag, PLEASE INCLUDE ACCURATE DETAILS OF PRODUCT AND WHAT IT INCLUDES! Now, either I buy a $35.00 cable from ATI or send the card back. If I spend the $35.00 + shipping it would have been just as cheap to go to Best Buy to get it. :-(
Oh well, live a learn. I still love my newegg but, thats one of their very few faults."

"Ordered a Kodak Digital camera from these guys 9-25-02 and order shipped same day via airborne 2nd day. Sales people are a little pushy but seem to be very knowledgeable about products. They messed up and shipped the products to my billing address instead of ship to address which means I have to drive 25 miles out of the way. Gee thanks guys... :/"

"Run forrest RUN! This has to be one of the sorriest pc shops out there... I ordered a Soyo Dragon Plus and a 1800+ CPU from them. Two weeks later the motherboard came in and the CPU, FAN etc. did not. It's been three months now and still no CPU! They will NOT answer the phone, email or fax. Now I have problems with my motherboard and need my invoice, I wonder if they'll send that to me? Heh, right. STAY AWAY! You have been warned."
