"Was thrilled by their online help and chat with choosing a supported drive. Ordering process and everything went well as well as device and transfer cable/software was flawless.
My only complaint was paying for overnight delivery when I ordered early and they didn't ship until the following day. So whole reason for shipping at high priority was wasted."

"Excellent processing and delivery. After reading how long it could take I was shocked that I ordered it thru the FedEx Saver and it was deliver to the East Coast from California in 2 Days. I will definitely look at Lagoom again when ordering online."
