"they use bait and switch tactics. I wanted a standalone camcorder, but the order wouldn't go through so i had to call. upon speaking with a rep, they insisted the stansalone camera wasn't in stock and that i had to buy the bundle, which added 150 dollars to the standalone price, bundling a cheap 10 case, a 10 dollar battery, and a 10 dollar lens kit for the aforementioned 150 dollar premium.
i needed next day air and because the other retailers were closed (after 5pm on friday) i had no choice but to deal with them. they charged me 100 dollars flat for shipping with fedex, that fedex quoted as costing 35 dollars!
To top it all of, the camera i received was mfgr'ed a year earlier, using the older possible revision and firmware.
This company stinks. Be wary of their prices. You'll get alot less than you think."

"They advertise 3-5 (business) day order processing time, but, for the second straight order, mine wasn't shipped out until the 7th business day!
Nevertheless, their prices are fair, and their selection is second to none. And personally, variety is the most important attribute, thus my safisfaction rating. I will continue to patronize them, as I have for years, though I buy from other pet stores (locally and on the internet) frequently as well.
Anyway, buying with a discount code of upto 20 percent makes the prices competitive or better. You get that by entering their free food for a year sweepstakes (linked somewhere on their home page)."

"UPS smashed up my shipment pretty good. I had it sent back, and when I contacted their customer support, a friendly helpful American girl processed my return info wihtout any hassles. No funny accents, misunderstandings, or having to repeat things. Fast and friendly customer support. So, with that and their generally hot prices, I'd buy from them again, and I reccommend them pretty highly."

"Excellent experience. Ordered a stick of micron 256mb sodimm ddr (standard pc2100-notebook ram) with overnight delivery and although i placed the order after 5pm, i received my ram this (the very next) morning, amidst another snow storm here in NY.
the chips on the module are indeed micron branded and the modules board is pretty hq. nice, lifetime warrantee, cheap, and quality ram. this is half the price dell is charging, and the cheapest price online, including ebay and newegg.
upgradnation is a solid source located in ILlinois, which is better for us east coasters (newegg and so many vendors are on the left coast...).
i would definitely purchase from here again, and I am an experienced, seasoned online shopper of over 10 years. I also am very familiar with the king, newegg, and won't hesitate to recommend upgradenation to anyone i know."

"Nightmare!!!!
When I called to resolve the problem, I was redirected to call a non toll free number, to resolve their error, and was finally told that I'd be charged fees out of THIN AIR!!!!
Newegg, tcwo, pricewatch, ebay, they're all great compared to these oafs.
Nightmare, stay away, not worth the pennies in savings, DEFINITELY!"
