"Amazing service. Placed my order on Saturday: MSI K7N2-L motherboard, 1800+ XP processor, 1 stick of 512 pc2700 memory, and a case. Was hoping to get it by the next weekend so that I could put my new system together, IT ARRIVED ON WEDNESDAY at NOON!!! "Ordered a Ti4200 video card, came defective. Got an RMA number from the return dept. and sent the card back. When I went to check on it, funny the 800 number was disconnected. I tried e-mailing them but it came back as an invalid e-mail address. Tried going to there website but that was down. I read another review about this and thought it was just by chance, but this is ridiculous. I had planned on purchasing a plusview 1000amg case from them, but after getting screwed like this there is no chance. If something should change I will defenitely let you know. I WAS happy until this happened.

Okay , here's the status. After their website finally reappeared I tried e-mailing them a couple of times. Finally called them and the guy I spoke to said the return order was being processed and should ship next week, arriving on friday. After the phone conversation I did get a response to one of my e-mail's. The e-mail stated that they were waiting for a replacement from their vendor and that was the cause of the delay. So I am actually feeling a little bit better, now I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.

Hey hey. It only took 2 months but I finally have a working G4 Ti 4200!! Juliet in the RMA dept. was very helpful, any troubles on RMA I suggest you talk with her. Only complaint was never received notice that the replacement had shipped. I CAN live with that though."
