This puts you on the list to find out more information when the .pay domain name is ready to launch. We do not yet have a schedule for when .pay domain will launch or what the pricing will be.
Signing up for a free pre-registration does not mean you get the domain name, it is not active yet and you did not pay anything for it. It is a waiting list that allows you to receive new information on .pay domain first so you can be ready to register the name you want first when the time comes. Hope this helps clarify!

I opened a ticket how it could be resolved, and they opened another purchase item for $120 to make them proceed with the missing documents. Now their system still showing the 'missing documents' state..."

.tn domains require the domain owner to be of Tunisian nationality or a legal resident in Tunisia. We require documents to prove this. If you cannot satisfy the requirements, we offer a trustee service with local Tunisian representation to help you satisfy these requirements. We apologize if this $120 trustee fee and the process was not explained properly to you. If you were eligible for the domain name you wanted on your own there would not have been any additional costs to that of the domain for $40.
In regards to the delivery of service, we provide a time frame of a week as an estimation of how long it usually takes to register .tn domain names since there is a manual process involved. We registered and activated your domain name within this time. As our .tn domain specialist has informed you via the support ticket in your account, your domain name is currently active. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns and we hope you have a great experience with us moving forward!
