"It's a terrible experience trying to build a website here. I purchased the buisness webhosting. There wasn't anything simple about it. Not even choosing and uploading the template for the site. The amount of different downloads to use a builtin template was rediculous. I cancelled the buisness account and opted for the personal which was less frustrating. However still frustrating and a waste of hours simply because they do not offer an (undo) Ctrl-Z, option. You can't undo a mistake, or retrieve any previous work. I have worked with other sites that offer this in basic building tools. You can even save different versions to select which one you like the best. With this website builder, if you make a mistake, you better hope you have an excellent memory so you can do it again, or your just out of luck. I have spent hours building my website then at the end accidentally deleted my work because I clicked the wrong button. This has happened twice!!!! No instructions at all, if you are not computer /website building savvy...OMG! a horrible experience.
I wish I had purchased my domain name someplace else. I could not link it to my personal website, I had to call customer service for help. He could not link it either while I was on the phone. It took him an hour to figure out what was wrong. Then once I published my page, I could not find it anywhere? I'm done. "

"101Domain is not an effective intermediary with third parties that actually control domains. I had a registration problem (a domain registration renewal), and 101Domain could not get nic.law to activate the registration. There was a lot of finger pointing; but 101Domain was the party that (gladly) accepted my registration fee ($500). After about a week of work, 101Domain did get my domain registered and up. It should not have taken so long. I had a team standing by to begin work on the domain that I had to cancel."

"A started to use their hosting ,wanted to install a plugin. Plugin requested newer version of PHP. an agent upgraded PHP. The whole instance failed and was not able to be recreated. New case opened for this. Escalated to senior tech teams. I got **** off and told them to reset everything to a vanilla state.
Mail communication - short answers, not very clear what exactly should be done.
Phone communication - "I will tell them to write to you" i.e. nobody wanted to dig with me and no questions were asked for more information.
Overall I feel their support is not professional and competent at what they are doing.

"It took me two and a half months to get hold of a .iq domain. It was supposed to be done in a month but took so long. The problem was not the delay itself, it was that I was not answered when I was asking for updates. BTW, I'm still waiting for two google apps accounts that I bought when registering the domain (almost three months now) and I'm still not hearing from support."

"In October I paid for a full year of unified hosting. I haven’t been able to use it since November. They shut off their unified hosting service for a different one and will NOT honor the one I already paid for. There is no telling if they will do it again.
