You can't change the PHP settings yourself and when you email them they will set half of what you asked.
I have constant outages ranging from 10 hours to 2mins. All of your domains will be down on the same server.
They won't investigate why this happened just say "now it looks like it's working". And it'll happen again in a few days.
I wish it was easy to relocate all my domains i'd do it in a second.
The response time for the servers are attrocious too.

"If you have any exception to the automatic processing flows, they will fail you big time. Almost every time we needed the help of a human person (for making a transfer faster or contacting the a registrar) their response was very long and didn't help at all.
For basic services they are ok (just a bit expensive)."

"101Domain.com made it possible to purchase a SSL certificate at a reasonable cost. Evidently, they are a marketing company for GeoTrust.com. The installation process was straightforward, but could have been much easier if the GeoTrust SSL Assistant had been used. Installing the certificate manually on Windows Server 2008R2 / IIS 7.0 was very complicated. Apparently, the Microsoft server software doesn't see the private key without converting the certificate. The support staff at GeoTrust.com helped greatly."
