"Ordered a Vantec Aeroflow Socket A cooler thru Pricewatch. Their Pricewatch price was $28 w/shipping. But when I ordered it, the price was $30. I sent an email to customer service asking why there was a 6.5% difference. No answer. But after my inquiry, they raised their Pricewatch price to $30. I buy a LOT of equipment on line. I place repeat orders with companies that have good customer service and who meet their advertised prices regardless if the difference is 50-cents or $30.00.

"Bought two Vantec stealth SF8025L case fans from 11cb.com. Price was good, and shipping and package were excellent. Have to email them to get the order status information (I suppose to receive an email from them with tracking number when they ship them, but guess they are very busy to drop me one), but response was pretty promp. Web site definitely needs significent improve althouth I rate them good, I have to say, there web site are one of the worst I have ever shopped."

I ordered on Thursday night a Volcano 9 CoolMod fan. I called friday, and the dude said it is boxed and was picked up by UPS, and the tracking number would be sent and could be tracked at about 7pm. I dont know whats going on, i never recieved an email with my tracking number, am i supposed to get an email with it? or am i supposed to goto 11cb.com and type in my order number? Today is Saturday, and I still havent recieved any info. But i am traveling so i dont know my order number by heart, so i believe that i may have to type in the order number to track the status.

"Placed two orders with this company. One order came complete, the other was missing 3 items. 2 copies of Windows XP Home and one copy of Windows XP Professional. I spent one and a half weeks on the phone with them trying to correct the mistake. They kept telling me that the order did ship and it was not their mistak. They finally told me that they would file a claim with UPS. They told me to keep the shipping package (I did) and that UPS would contact me. They indicated that it would take about 3 weeks to correct it through UPS. Well UPS never came (Surprise!) and the three weeks past with no call from 11cb.com. Well I didn't really expect this as they seem to have virtually no customer service. After 4 weeks I filed a claim with my credit card company and resolved it that way. Of course I had about 3 months of dealing with this group through the credit card company too. If they had spent as much effort correcting this problem as they did with my credit card company we coudl have solved this LONG ago. 11cb.com sucks big time."
