"1STOPlighting also does business as HomeClick. I purchased something and my order was fulfilled by 1STOPlighting.
I purchased a light from them on Jan 5th with a promised delivery time of 2 days. HomeClick also states on their website they will give a $50 refund if they do not deliver as promised (and this promise is on their site still). My item arrived well outside the 2 day promise, taking about a week to arrive. This was well beyond the promised timeline.
I followed the instructions on their site to claim the credit, contacting them on the 22nd, 27th, and 28th. On the 31st I received a reply and a credit of $10, 1/5th the promised amount. I replied that same day pointing out the discrepancy. It has been over 10 days and they haven't responded.
Now I'm going to have to deal with contesting the charge on my card because they are blatantly lying to customers."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 1STOPLIGHTING. First their delivery was messed up, they couldn't tell me where it was and missed the commit delivery date. Unfortunately, the light arrived damaged. Knowing it would have to be returned, we put the light in the kitchen to see how it actually would look to make a final decision and submitted the return request and waited for a response. After numerous emails to get the RMA #, we received a denial of the return because we installed their damaged product. If they won't take back their damaged product, don't expect them to give you a return on a non-damaged product which doesn't meet your expectations. Just terrible to work with. Certainly not a e-commerce company. Spend your money elsewhere."

"Do not order bathroom lighting fixtures. My entire fixture began rusting in a bathroom used only 6 months out of the year. A fixture designed for bathroom use should not rust at all. I have similar fixtures 12 + years old in other bathrooms with no rust. I reached out to the company and was told there was nothing they could do because there is only a one year warranty!"

When you order a Bathroom rated fixture in just about all cases it is going to be "Damp Rated" which mostly refers to the function of the light- although it is also rare to see cosmetic issues arise so quickly. "I purchased several light fixtures and received 2 days lateral perfect conditional. Several days later I purchased additional fixtures which I received in 3 days, again perfect condition. "I purchased a C16-51 lamp at a cost of $82.40 to light a canvas print. The lamp has minimum adjustment and casts a shadow across the top of the picture. 1stoplighting has refused to do anything about it. They say that there is nothing wrong with the lamp. This means that all lamps similar to this one from The House of Troy will have the same problem. Don't buy your lamp here."
"I was looking for outdoor wall light fixtures and found the fixtures from 1STOPlighting that has same foot print on the wall as my existing fixtures. After delivery, I found that the fixtures were too shinny to our taste. Called customer service and got return authorization. I then called ordering department and explained that I need the same foot print but with flat paint (vs. glossy). I was recommended another model from the same brand. Received new model two days later. This model fits us perfectly. "

"I was looking for three pendant lights for our kitchen counter that matched our existing fixtures provided by the builder. As it turned out, 1Stoplighting had the exact model for a price that was better than some of the local stores or the big online stores. I placed the order for three Trinity pendant lights made by Progressive lighting and got shipped for free by UPS in a few days. One of the boxes had a cracked shade and had to be replaced. The CS at 1Stop was very helpful and sent me a replacement shade within two working days. We are very pleased with the purchase and will shop again when required. Rama"

The package was received by you on August 16th at 3:02 PM in Paducah KY.
On August 22, 2019, I received an email from stating my refund of $49.08 for the fan blades was approved
On August 23, 2019, at 8:41 am I called your customer service line to inquire where my remaining amount of refund I was told there was a problem and a supervisor would get back to me that same day
Monday August 26, 2019, there has been no status update."
“We appreciate this customer's feedback, but we have a slightly different view of the situation. The customer requested to return 1 unit on 8/7, which was approved and return instructions were provided for the 1 item he made the request for. It was received by the warehouse on 8/16 and refunded on 8/22. A return was never requested for the rest of his order, however he did file a charge back for the full amount of the order. Once a charge back is filed, we are are unable to process any type of credits and must wait for the charge back process to complete. Had a return been requested for the full order, everything would have gone smoothly. Unfortunately we had no record of the other items being returned, and did not get any notice from the warehouse of extra items being received. We're sorry for the situation.”
