This is a very bad company. I place an order a month ago and during that time I've contacted the company and stressed that I needed my items by the 15th of July. The difference people over the phone kept reassuring me that it's going to be on time. I was just on the phone with a person who told me that there customer service people are actually the salesperson. As it got closer to the date one of the service persons tried to get an additional $60 out of me and to quote him get my order pushed up and become a priority. I've asked to speak to a manager or someone who can help and I was brush off. For one why should I have to do that when I was told it could be ready on time and two that wasn't explained by any other person before him. They don't have a problem taking your money but when it comes to getting a refund they want to create a ticket and not give you your money at all. You can go on Amazon and get better and faster service. I recommend to anyone reading this review don't waist your money like I've done."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for some custom face mask on June 30th. It clearly states on their website that production time is 5 days and shipping is 7 days. As of July 21st, my order is "still in production". They will not cancel my order and say that I can pay a fee to have the order expedited otherwise it will take several more weeks. Sounds like extortion to me. "

"I ordered from this company specifically because of how fast they could deliver the can coozies I wanted for my son’s wedding. I ordered on June 29th and they were to be delivered by July 8th. On July 9th I called and emailed. I was told that was an estimated delivery date and that they were still in production and wouldn’t be delivered in time for my son’s wedding. Then was told for $42 additional they would “TRY”. I said no. They call me on 7.10.2020 and said they were prepared to take my credit card number for the additional $42 and again would “TRY” to deliver them by the 15th of July. This is flat out extortion! A $25 set up fee brought the .92 cents per item (was buying 100) up to $120 but the shipping was “FREE”. Now they are past the delivery date and saying that for $42 more they would try to get them to me 8 days later than they said. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON’T NEED IT ANYTIME SOON. I really don’t know what I’m going to do with 100 wedding can coozies after the darn wedding!"
