"This is an extraordinary company. My credit card & personal info was stolen to purchase products from 3DCool.com. First, they were sharp enough to detect the fraud (another couple of net-based resellers did not, and purchases were accomplished by the same thief). Then, the President Lew Mariotti, took his personal time to call and alert us, so that we could prevent ongoing fraud. He called my wife, e-mailed us all the relevant info (including the order info submitted by the thief) so we could provide the Credit Card Company with all the necessary data, then graciously called back to talk with me a day later, and make sure we had no further problems or questions. This kind of integrity and concern for the public is uncommon (and, I was not even a customer! -- just someone whose credit card was used to attempt to purchase from them).
