Shortly after placing the order I received a phone call from 3DCool thanking me for my business.

I received the item approximately 25 hours after I placed the order. (this was not the result of any type of expedited shipping).

My order came to a bit over 30 dollars.

I've never received that type of customer service from any company and I highly recommend 3DCool."

"The 3DCOOL guys are great!

I was having some case cooling issues in my case, so I gave 3DCOOL a call. Their selection of cooling products are some of the best in the market, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I took a trip to their shop a few months ago, and was impressed with their knowledge and their inventory. I have built 3 machines for myself in the past 6 weeks, and all of the cooling products came from them. SLK-900U, SLK-800A's, ThermalTake Smart Fan II for the cases, YS Tech TMD 72MM fans for the heatsinks, Vantec fan controllers.....you get the picture....they have it all.

It is one thing to have products, but it is their knowledge that really makes them my cooling shop of choice. Most people try to sell you stuff, but these guys actually listened to my issue. They didn't try to sell me on something else. I did my research, and they confirmed that the direction I was going was the best course. With the addition of 2 ThermalTake Smart fans and a Vantec fan controller, I got my case temp down from 36C to 23-25C! Makes a big difference and the fans are only running at 25% of the fan speed! "I have been a long time customer from these folks. Mostly I buy canned air from them in large (15-20+) quantities. Their shipping rates had gone up but when I inquired about it, I received a response within 30 minutes providing an alternate means (USPS) of shipping it, which was significantly cheaper. Since I was in no rush, I opted for that. The order was shipped out the next day.

Their customer service has been very courteous and helpful, and I have never had any problems with any product (canned air and fans and maybe some other items) that I have received from them.
