They helped me design and build a P4 3.06, with a GIG of 400ddr, a Western Digital Raptor, 10,000 RPM SATA, in a Thermaltake XASER III case (with lighting) the case is great with the Plexiglas window I can always tell when it is time to clean my fans, and a pure power 480W power supply. I run a Matrox C200 dual and a quad card with a TV (six monitors) and it takes a lot of research to build the right machine that works.

"I can't speak highly enough of the excellent customer service I have received at 3DCool. I am building a totally quiet computer, and they gave me excellent advice and support, all along the way. They pointed out pros and cons of various power supplies, cpu heatsinks and fans, case fans, etc. They even gave me installation advice, and to top it off, they gave me a chance to try a fan (I chose the SilenX 80 mm fan - extremely quiet, by the way), and said they'd take it back if I didn't like it.
