"I was very skeptical before ordering from 6pm.com because of all the bad reviews out there (mostly from people receiving the wrong order and having to go through the return process). I gave it a chance anyways because of the great prices.
Turns out I had nothing to worry about, because my order arrived much faster than the 5-10 business days estimate. It was well-packaged and everything was perfect! I ordered a pair of sandals and a Timbuk2 messenger bag, both for more than 50% off. These bags usually go for around $100, so I was elated to find one for $50. I have gotten many compliments on the shoes I would not have been able to afford for full price.
I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again in the near future. If I have any problems in the future, I will be sure to update this review, but for now, this is one extremely satisfied customer!
***Quick personal comment: I know many people complain about having to pay for return shipping, but seeing as shipping is already free for every order, I don't see much to complain about. For sites like Zappos that do free shipping on returns, you have already paid for shipping once when you first ordered, regardless. At 6pm you only have to pay if you need to send something back."

"This was my first time dealing with www.6pm.com and I have to say I am VERY impressed with the company from the layout of the website, search tools and so much more right to the end and receiving my order.
Their pricing on the Rockport sneakers is fantastic, even cheaper than the factory outlet store, and they carry all widths and sizes in stock! I even received free shipping.
Having already owned a pair of the shoes I was ordering, I was able to verify the UPC/part number of the shoes and knew the sizing was correct. The order was placed on a Friday and I received the order the following Tuesday using just standard shipping. AWESOME!
The order was nicely packed with the Rockport factory box inside of the shipping box.
The whole process has left me looking forward to doing business with www.6pm.com again in the near future.

"I ordered a swim suit for the first time from this site and within a couple weeks received my package, but my purchase was not in it. Some random pajama shirt and anti-breakage hair serum was in it, so a completely wrong order. I contacted them and one representative said they could not replace it and to send the box back but they would send me a refund. Then another email came. The next representative (because for whatever reason different ones were always answering my emails) said that she could replace it and to send the box back. She actually issued the refund and replacement, and the site sent me a confirmation email. Then a few hours later I get an email from yet another representative that said my suit could not be replaced "for reasons the warehouse could not say"...what the heck? And then reminded me to send the box with the wrong order back. Seriously a HUGE fiasco and I will never purchase from there again, not worth it. "
"After reading some negative reviews about this site online, I was hesitant to order anything. BUT,they had the Michael Kors boots I really really wanted and at 1/4 of the price that Saks was selling it. I decided to take a chance. I placed my order Thursday night and got a order confirmation emailed to me right away. I received the boots today (Wed) which is one day sooner than expected (Mon was a major holiday). Not only are the shoes in PERFECT condition, but I also got credited for the difference when I saw the boots went down $30 the following day. I called their customer service number found on their website and got connected to a rep right away. He was so nice and helpful, explaining its not their policy to do price adjustments but he'll do it the one time considering that I had placed my order at 10pm(a mere 10 hours earlier).
As a side note, the boots did not come in its original box, but instead a nice generic brown boot box. Completely fine with me. I usually throw out my shoe boxes anyways and I'm sure the original box must've been damaged so I appreciate that 6pm.com took the extra steps to make sure this little detail was perfect.Oh, and FREE SHIPPING!! I found the shipping details helpful, as well as the prices, so I really trusted this website. But now I see what everyone else is ranting about. My costumer service was descent at best. "I decided to write a review of 6pm.com because of all of the other contrasting reviews. Recently I discovered NYDJ (Not Your Daughter's Jeans), which are perfect for a 25-year-old with four children (three of which were C-Section and leaving me with a painful nerve-scar). They were perfect... except for the $120 price tag.
I found out that NYDJ were available on 6pm.com for like $40-$70 (depending on the wash) and was SO excited! I researched the site's validity and saw that they were affiliated with Zappos.com, which made me much more comfortable.
The last step before my purchase was to reader user reviews. I was shocked at all of the negative reviews. People not getting what they ordered, or not getting anything at all and poor customer service. Then I noticed that almost ALL of the negative reviews were in regards to shoe orders.
I decided to risk it since the wash of jean that I wanted was no longer available at the manufacturer's website or department stores. If it took me a while to get back my $60 then so be it. I even called customer service to ask what the deal was with people not getting their orders and she informed me, very politely, that they cannot help human error, but that everything within her power is done to make sure that it goes through and is of the highest quality.
I placed my order and paid the $15 extra for second day shipping yesterday (a Monday). I received my order confirmation e-mail a few hours later and my shipping confirmation this morning (Tuesday). To my absolute shock, the shipping e-mail stated that I would be receiving the package today! It arrived at 3 PM and was correct! The jeans fit perfectly and I cannot believe how fast they got here! Of course, I am in St. Louis, MO and they shipped out of Kentucky, which isn't that far.
I could not be happier with 6pm.com and am going to be ordering another wash tonight!

However other pair of shoes was not processed for several days. Sent email to 6pm - no response. Finally called and although cust serv assured me the refund was posted to my 6pm account immediately and a conf email sent to my personal email address, NO REFUND no conf email at this time. "I'm amending my review (original review appears below). My orders (14 items in total) were received within two days of placement. All pieces were exactly as ordered - correct colors, sizes, styles, new in packaging without evidence of being worn.(I read their return shipping policy in advance and thankfully everything fits well, so I won't be incurring additional charges). I am very happy with 6pm and would recommend/do business with them again in a heartbeat!

I'm alarmed at how their "Customer Service" routinely responds to positive reviews, yet the customers with valid, resolvable complaints seem to be hollering into an empty void.
This speaks volumes.
My ordering experiences went well.
Quality of delivery, accuracy of order, etc., however, remain to be seen, and I shall report on that with the confirmation information from the second order I placed with them today. I hope to be able to report all went well."

I prefer it than UPS which sometimes delivered end of the day but with USPS they delivered before lunch:) So now I have a new site to shop for my shoes etc.. Good price & fast shipping. But they only accept returns 30 days and you will pay for it so be sure of your purchases. So happy with my new shoes.
