"I've been ordering with 6pm for more than 3 years (since 2008) and everything has been so great. I've bought many nice shoes and clothes from them. The relationship has been so trustful. The price is good and quality is great. The order inquiries had always been solved out promptly. Of course there had been a few issues but 6pm team always reply my emails very quickly and solve out the problems completely. Just write them an email! I am very satisfied with 6pm.com as well as their effective customer service and communication. I did place a lot of orders with 6pm but they almost never send me the wrong or defective items. Most of items had been sent out correctly and in perfect condition. I do not have any issues with cancellation or return/refund at all.
In the beginning, due to the lack of online shopping experience, I had to return a lot of items but just after a few months, I know how to order from 6pm so everything can go smoothly and effectively. You have to pay for your lesson first and after that you'll be happy! Actually, I made some mistakes when ordering online from many retails (not only 6pm.com) but after the lessons being learnt, I am very confident now and rarely have to return anything from 6pm or any online retailers.

"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!

This is my first time ordering from 6pm.com primarily because I've been looking for a specific model of Michael Kors tan leather shoes that is sold out everywhere and found them on their site in my size. I thought I got really lucky and I placed the order on the 28th March.

Shoes arrived about a week later and not only they are the wrong size, they are the wrong shoes as well. I don't usually bother with returns as I am located overseas and it is rather inconvenient. I wouldn't have minded if they are at least the same size but the shoes are too big and therefore, I have absolutely no use for these pair.

Unfortunately, I have already placed an order for another pair before receiving this one, on 5th April to be exact, for a pair of Kate Spade sandals. They say lightning never strikes twice in the same place but surprise, surprise! Again, they sent me the wrong pair in the wrong size!

I really do not know what is going on in their fulfillment department as apparently, my orders are not the only ones they've gotten wrong. Judging from all the other experiences posted on here, mix-ups happen more often than is admissible.

Worse than being stuck with unwanted merchandise is the fact that there's no way I can reorder the actual items that I wanted and ordered in the first place as they are no longer available in their site. So there I was thinking I scored a bargain on shoes I've been wanting for a long time only in reality, I did not.

Even if I could manage to return the incorrect items and get a full refund, I will never be able to get my actual orders. It's not fair for an online retailer to assume that issuing a refund is enough compensation as the disappointment is a bigger issue in my case.

They do have a lot of desirable stuff at really attractive prices but what's the point if they never reach you?

"Where do I start?
Sent me used and ripped (6" hole)pair of jeans.
No phone # or chat to contact. You can only send them email and wait for their mercy.
Even if they send you defective item, you pay for return shipping.
I am sending mine back so we will see how that go.
Very disappointed that not only they send me used and ripped product, you can't even talk to them and get some kind of resolution.

"I actually did not place an order with 6pm.com. I don't know if they got my personal information from Zappos or what. I received a package - didn't order it - no invoice in the box - the item isn't anything anyone in my family would wear I have no idea what the dollar amount is! Tried to contact them - the phone number I found wouldn't work and they haven't answered my email. My next step is to call the credit card company and make certain there are no charges from this company on it. Very irritated that I have to spend my time trying to figure this issue out!"

"I ordered a size 9 US athletic shoe and received a 9 UK (11 US). After receiving NO RESPONSE to my complaint emails, I finally had to pay $8 to ship it back. God only knows if they'll actually give me my money back. Nothing like paying to learn a lesson. They clearly don't want my business, so I'll go back to Amazon.

Notice 6pm.com only responded to the positive review on this page? Ignored the negative reviews? That says a lot right there.

"I ordered over 10 pairs of shoes from 6pm.com in November last year and I have to say that it was a pleasurable experience. I had issues paying with my credit card and not only did the customer service representative I spoke with personally place the orders all over again for me, she held them at the same price even though some of them had gone up. Their customer service is one of the best I've encountered!

I travel out of the country periodically for work and right now, I'm away and won't be back for a good spell. Imagine my dismay when I realized that the site has been closed to international traffic! There's been no change for the last 4 weeks and I'm not happy about it at all! I even sent an email asking when the site would be back up and I received an email that said everything and nothing. Funny thing is I still get emails about the amazing deals currently on, but I can't shop them.

Come on 6pm.com, give your international shoppers a break! We love to shop shoes too, and it's taking waaaay too long for you to keep us out in the cold!


This is an update on the review I made several weeks ago. Hello 6pm. This is the 31st of March (over a month since this post) and yet your site is STILL closed to international traffic. I can only assume that you're satisfied with your customer base in the US as that's the only place it can be viewed. This is a shame cos I've been touting your site as a great place to buy quality products at affordable prices but have yet to put my money where my mouth is because I CAN'T SHOW FRIENDS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! I guess justfabulous, amazon.com and shoedazzle will continue to take the bulk of my business then. Thanks 6pm for the great service you rendered. But I can't continue to wait for you to get your act together. Adios!

"I have been a long time shopper at Zappos and when I learned 6pm.com was run by the same company, I decided to give them a try. I ordered 2 pairs of boots that did not fit properly. I had to pay $70 for basic shipping back to Kentucky. Beware of the huge shipping costs you will be responsible for. I will not shop with 6pm.com until they either offer free returns, or a return label option. I am very disappointed."

"WARNING, they do not support what they sell. I ordered 6 pair of shoes. One came in the wrong size in the correct size box. Honest mistake, but not my fault. They have yet to respond to two emails(4 days later). I have filed a complaint through PayPal. All I want is my money back for the pair that is the wrong size. I am not asking too much. It's not like I had buyer's regret."

"I ordered shoes that i've always wanted for a long time but it was expensive. I checked out 6pm.com and they sold the shoes for half the price! They even had my size! I was excited and decided to order them. After 3 days, the shoes came in. I opened the box and I was very disappointed. They shipped the wrong shoe and wrong size. I have never seen this shoe before. 6pm.com also does not cover return shipping costs. I contacted 6pm.com about returning the shoes and exchanging it for the actual shoe; however, it has been 4 days and they haven't emailed me back. Other than the shoe incident, they do have a good selection of clothes. Shop at your own risk!"

"All of these reviews scare me! Because now I have to return something. I am not paying for shipping! Is it my fault that I ordered women's roxy board shorts, and they sent me a men's large blue hawaiian shirt? I refuse to pay, and I demand my shorts. It ridiculous some of the reviews I've read about this place. If they don't do something for me as a customer to make things right, without me bending over backwards, then I am blasting them ALL over the internet on how horrendous they are via Twitter-Facebook-Myspace-Google+, and any review forum I can find about them. I run and own a blog site also, so you better believe I'll blast them out on there too. I'm not threatening you with this, because it will happen. "I just completed a return to 6PM, and received my confirmation email tonight so wanted to report back on my experience. I think we all know what a hassle returning can be, but 6PM really made it seamless which says a lot about their order process. I loved the shorts I ordered, but they were too big (my fault for ordering up, should have gone with my gut). Anywys, could nothave been helped and they were great, super fast and easy. Will def order again.

"I use 6pm all the time i live in Tennessee so my order is usually at my door when i get home the next day. They are Zappos outlet store so you can get alot of great stuff for cheap. "I saw a posting on facebook for an amazing shoe deal 6pm.com was having on Nikes. I couldn't resist atleast half off prices PLUS free shipping! I ordered my daughter 2 pairs of shoes and was set. But then I decided to read the reviews (not sure why I did this backwards). Reading a lot of these reviews made me really nervous! Until just a few days after ordering my shoes I received them! I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Great deals and speedy shipping! Not to mention that the selection was phenomenal! With those prices I would expect very limited selection, but that did not seem to be the case. Thank you 6PM, you have a customer in me!"
