"They have huge selection of stuff. I bought from them several times, the last time was when they had a sale and I got stuff for pretty cheap. Customer service was lacking a bit though. And also one of the shoes I bought to gift it to someone looked pretty nice on the website. It was a nice sparkling gold, but when I got it, it was an ugly faded tan. Size was also about 1 size larger than normal size, which was a bit odd to me. Other than that, no other complaints, they're a pretty decent store."

"Made an order on Feb. 2nd and it says it shipped but never got it. It was just a T-Shirt but lost $30 for it since it never came in. It's now March.. Still no order. I don't understand why we can't get a tracking number or a number to contact them. That's just too iffy for me. Sigh. And we tried emailing twice and never go a response. Disappointed."

"I ordered a pair of very expensive boots, and one boot was a good half-size smaller than the other!!! I LOVE Zappos, order from them frequently, and have NEVER had a problem! I don't know if this affiliated company deals in slightly defective merchandise or not, but... think I'll pay a little more and stick with Zappos. Plus, Zappos is free returns and you can print the return label right up, and with this return, I have to take it to the post office and it will cost me to return the defective boots!!"

"Beware-Return shipping costs are ridiculous--This is the second time I have written a review of 6pm.com-I can only assume since the first was negative, it was deleted so I will try again-The only time I have ordered from 6pm, I ordered a pair of Reebok shoes-The picture looked good, the price and description were inviting, the actual shoes looked like cheap plastic that even Walmart wouldn't carry-When I went to return them, I had to pay almost 1/2 the price of the shoes in shipping-When I complained to 6pm, they gave their standard reply which basically says 'you should have read the return policy'-If the error had been mine, I could understand charging for returns, but I feel 6pm is at fault here-From other posts on this site, I can see that if you have no issues at all, you have a good experience-BUT, if you have any problems, 6pm throws up their hands and says not our concern-I will not take a chance on this site again"

"6pm sold me a used/defective Patagonia down jacket with a rip in the sleeve that was stitched by the previous owner and probably returned to 6pm. They should not be selling torn returned products at full price without inspecting them first. This is ridiculous!

"So, against my own advice, I ordered again from 6pm.com and received the wrong size AGAIN. This is pretty unbelievable. Either the people putting together the orders don't care at all or they just go for "close enough". No wonder you can't get a timely answer from customer service, let alone get anyone on the phone - the complaints must be huge. This is not an isolated incident, because I received either the wrong size or completely wrong item on three orders over the last few weeks.
And I really want to be a customer, because the prices and selection is truely unbelievable.

"I ordered a pair of luxury oxford shoes and received properly. Before I ordered, I compared the price with many other internet malls and 6pm.com was the best (near 70% off). The shipping method was UPS ground track (Not a cheaper UPS smart delivery which mediates both UPS and local USPS) with free of charge.
Overall, I am satisfied with 6pm.com and will do a business again.

"Great experience, I have placed my first order on a pair of sunglasses and they came in four days. The day after that i placed another order on about 7 shirts, a belt, shoes, a pair of cargos, and some boardshorts, they all came in one package as well within 4 days. Ill be back, please keep up the great work!"

"GREAT EXPERIENCE! At first like many others I was on the edge of ordering from the website because of what others had to say about their bad experience, however their was a good amount that said everything went fine. I went ahead and ordered. I received my boots in three days, and they are PERFECT ! I cannot believe I purchased them for such a cheap price. Will defiantly shop here more often. "I have bought mdse. from 6PM for years and have been satisfied by customer service and products; up till now! I recently returned two pairs of shoes, two different orders; in the same box. Despite following all online instructions to return items and printing out the return confirmations and including both in the box; I only received a credit for one pair of shoes. The other pair nothing, despite both pair being in original boxes and UNWORN condition!!!! I have sent two emails notifying 6pm of this but have heard nothing yet. There is no phone number to call. This is ridiculous!! Both pairs in the same box and the most expensive item ($52.00) hasn't been credited to my account; one full week after they've received the items. Return confirmation #100281705. I'm sure it is a mistake in the warehouse but can't someone at least get back to me and let me know they are working on it!"
