"I ordered a pair of Timberland work boots on Sunday. I went to my local mall on Monday, tried on the boots that I ordered from 6pm.com and realized that they didn't fit. I rushed home and called 6pm.com to change the size and was told that it was impossible to cancel or change the size because they were already shipped. I do not believe for one minute that they were shipped that fast. My order will not arrive for ten business days, yet I'm being told they were already shipped?

Now, my cash is being held for up to 24 days for something that I cancelled the day after I ordered it! And I had to order the same item 1/2 size larger and pay all over again. This is ludicrous. I asked Jason if the new order could be expedited to me at no charge and without even considering it, he said NO! I will not order anything again from 6pm.com. I am not happy at all! I guess I'm just another disgruntled customer, nothing more.

I'm so sorry to hear that the size you ordered will not work out for you. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we typically only have an hour to cancel it. When you called in to cancel the order, it had been more than hour and at that point it was too far along in the process to cancel. I'm not sure why you were told that the order had been shipped out as this is not true. You should have been advised of our hour window of opportunity to make changes to an order. I will definitely use this opportunity as feedback for our Customer Service Representatives.

In regards to the shipping, the only way to get expedited shipping is to pay for it. We do have three options and they are next business day for $25.00, 2 business day for $15.00, and 3 business day for $7.00. We do not generally upgrade shipping upon request. I do apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause you.

I can understand the frustration with having your money tied up. So, I have gone ahead and voided the authorization. It should take 72 business hours for the authorization to drop off. I will personally keep an eye on your order. Once it has left our warehouse, I will process an intercept to have it delivered back to our warehouse. However, this is not a guarantee and there is a chance that you may still receive the package. If you do, you can simply refuse it.

Again, I truly do apologize for the inconveniences that we have caused you.

"I ordered from 6pm recently and I loved the service so much I had to leave a rave review. I was aware Zappos owned 6pm, and since Zappos is known for its outstanding cs/fast shipping, I wasn't worried about a bad experience. I placed an order Sunday and my item came Wednesday. Shipping was not only free but took three days to get to me, which is amazing! I live in Virginia and it came from Kentucky, which I know isn't that far, but I still love that I could easily track my order through UPS and know exactly where it was. I ordered from Amazon on Friday and since the seller there shipped via USPS, where tracking is practically nonexistent, I have no idea where my item is right now. It's frustrating because it's almost been a week already and I don't even know if it's near me. So thank you, 6pm, for making tracking/receiving an order so easy and simple.
I love the friendly, family-oriented staff! It makes shopping a joy to have a company that actually cares about you and your business with them. So thank you for your excellent service and please don't ever change the professional yet welcoming way you run your business. :)
Also, I noticed the product I purchased shot up from $27.50 to $39.99 in a matter of days, so if you find a great deal on something you'd like, try to buy it ASAP! The prices do change often!!

"On my second order with 6pm, I ended up with a Jacket that was completely different from the one depicted on their site and on my order page (an obvious difference: grey vs checkered black/white!). As online shopping goes, one has to trust that the item that is shown is the one that will be shipped and received. Multiple requests to 6pm CS to accept that there was a error on their part in shipping the wrong item were met with a rejection of the basic fact.

The error is sufficiently egregious that I cannot recommend this vendor at all. They may be of the zappos family, but their return policies are tangential and not worth the trouble.

I'm sorry to hear that the wrong jacket may have been sent to you. The manufacturer of the item is able to name the color of their merchandise anything that they'd like. For example, the color of the shoe may be green but the color description could say mulberry. While we know that green and mulberry are nowhere near being the same color, that description was given to the item by the manufacturer and we have to list it as such.

This was the case with the jacket that you purchased. The color code is Tyre Grey but the pattern of the jacket does not depict that. I believe that you received a jacket that has a checkered pattern. While the item is no longer available on the site, I was able to pull a photo of the item up and can confirm that it shows a checkered patter. However, at first glance it may not have been noticeable unless you knew to look for it. Zooming in on the images that we provide will also help you to see the pattern more clearly. While we don't generally give return labels for matters such as this, I show that we did email one to you.

I truly do apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused you. Please know that it was never our intention to make things more difficult for you. I'm sorry that the jacket did not work as you had hoped.

"DONT ORDER FROM THEM! WASTE OF TIME! POOR SERVICE!
Prices on this site change frequently. I waited until i got a good price on a jacket. When it arrived it ran really small. I usually wear a M or a L. I ordered a L but it was too small. I asked 6pm to exchange it for an XL. They do not do exchanges. What this means is that i had to pay for return shipping and reorder the jacket. But the price had gone up and they would not honor the previous price. Customer service was not at all helpful. Now, i have no bargain jacket, i'm out $7 for return shipping and i wasted lots of time! They can keep their bargains!

"6pm.com has by far the most affordable items among all other online shops I've visited. I was just a bit hesitant ordering again after my first try. I previously ordered 8 items but given they have various brands, they delivered them to me in 3 batches. My location is not covered by the free shipping and so this matters a lot to me.

Now that I am planning again to have my 2nd order, the website is under repair and would not allow international traffic. I really hope this will be fixed as soon as possible.

"Very disappointing experience. When I checked my UPS tracking number, I discovered my address was incomplete and was instructed to contact 6pm.com. An email with my corrected address was answered with "We're very busy so this may take longer than usual." Still no response or correction. There was no phone number on the site. However, by Googling I've found it. It's 1-***-***-****. Apparently, they've taken it off the page to avoid calls, but the number works. I just got off the phone with them. Hopefully, I'll get the package soon."

I'm not sure why you were unable to find our phone number on our site. It is always listed in the top left hand corner of the page. It is right above our logo so I can see how easy it is to miss. Please do keep in mind that if you are paying with PayPal you will not be given the option on our site to update the shipping address. You should ensure that PayPal has the correct shipping address on file. "IM SO STOKED!!! I ordered from here and got the lowest price on a nixon backpack plus free shipping and it came in 3 days! I was looking all over for this backpack and all the sites it was on were asking way too much for it and shipping was about 10 dollars, and it wouldnt get here untill I went back to college! 6pm was so awsome they gave me a tracking number and everything so I could track it the whole way untill it got here!!! I was kind of scared because right after I ordered the backpack I decided to read the reviews after reading a lot of negative ones I got scared but most of them were clothes and shoes thats easy to mess up so I had a little hope how hard is it to mess up a backpack! So today when I opened my package and it was exactly what I ordered I was so stoked!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! this is an awsome site I most deff will order from here AGAIN!!!!!"

"I ordered 2 items from 6pm.com, shoes and a Lacoste polo. The shipping was much faster than I expected (under a week I think) being that it was free. I am returning the shoes since they were defective, I emailed them and they responded within 1 or 2 days. I am very happy with the CS."

"I ordered from 6pm on Monday. I was very skeptical about doing so, but I read tons of reviews and majority of them were pretty good. So I took the chance. I ordered some Ugg boots for only $90.00. "I just received my order form 6pm.com. I ordered before reading reviews, and was very nervous that I would get an awful product. Surprisingly, I got the exact item I ordered; correct design, brand, and color. Also it was delivered in about 3 days. The only tip I would have is that the carve design swimsuits arent padded tops which surprised me a bit, but I ended up adding the padding myself. Also the size guide is a bit off and I would buy up a size. Other than that, 6pm has great prices and it was an easy online purchase(:"
