If you order a dell or a sony or anything else, you are just getting your basic computer. But with ABS, you realize how increadible of a machine they really make before you are done unpacking. "This is the second high end mache I have purchased from ABS. After a bout 60 days the cpu fan started to make noise. I called them & they shipped me a new fan in advance, relieving me of any down time on the machine. Other than that the two computers were great!"

"I created an online order for a custom 3.0C P4 system on June 26, and received it appoximately 10 days later. At the time of my order, the 120GB drive of my original request was substituted with two 80GB SATA's in RAID, which I appreciated. (I planned on going RAID in the future, anyway.)

Upon receipt of the system, all ordered components were accounted for. I was especially impressed with the organized documentation binder that included all applicable software and manuals for each component of my system. (I hadn't expected that) Cable management within the system was also exceptional.

"I purchased an Awesome 3550 from ABS last New Year's Eve. I visited resellerratings.com prior to making my purchase and saw that most of the reviews came from people who had just purchased their systems. Therefore, I decided to wait to post a review until I had had my pc for awhile. In the nine months I have owned my ABS system, I have been very happy with the computer.
When the system first shipped, ABS forgot to include a key for the case; they immediately overnighted a key to me. There was also a small scratch in the plexiglass case window that was caused by scraping from the cold cathode light switch. ABS sent me a whole new side panel. These minor issues were the only problems I have had with my Awesome 3550. I have been very pleased with the system's performance.
I am an IT consultant and network engineer, and I use my system for both work and personal use. I have built systems in the past for both my clients and myself, however, this time around, I decided I would buy a system and not go through the hassle of gathering parts and assembling a pc.
