"Between myself and two friends, six desktop computers have been purchased from ABS in the last two years. All have been high performance Athlon machines (three nforce2 systems). We have had a total of zero problems with any of the machines so we are not really qualified to comment on tech support. My first computer was great - I ordered that one about a year and a half ago, and now the second computer which I just recieved, their "M5" it absolutely top notch. I've had Dell, Compaq, and HP, and I really would recommend ABS over all of these. HP and Compaq don't even compare, but I'd have to say that even Dell doesn't really have anything over these guys. "After planning to build yet another computer, I found it was cheaper to buy one from ABS. I brought two computers from ABS and I plan to buy another one. Both computers have been very reliable. One of my computers is over a year old. Online ordering is easy and the prices are good. In the end, I chosed ABS because almost every part can be upgraded. The cost to upgrade was not expensive. I was able to upgrade to my particular use. ABS shows a picture(s) and technical information on every part (including upgrade parts). Extra software and accessories can be added for a low price. Shipping prices are fair and delivery is fairly quick (after your system is built). You can also track the status(parts are being prepared for assembly, software is being added, system is being tested, etc...) of your system online. Each of my system was built very well. The wires inside were neatly wrapped and bundled. It may sound insignificant, but it shows that care was taken in building my systems. Compare to other companies that sell online, ABS offers the most "Bang For Your Buck." I am very satisfied with my computers."
