"No problems with the order"
"Ordered a humidifier because my house was drier than a desert. The item was "in stock". after 11 BUSINESS days and two calls to customer service later order was still "received by warehouse". Finally I called to just cancel, bite the bullet and buy for a higher price elsewhere that actually was going to ship me something. The representative was amazingly rude to me after I explained my reason for canceling and she retorted (as if i was stupid for thinking that when they say in stock it means they have an item to send me) by saying condescendingly that "in stock means the manufacturer has it in stock, we get it from them and then ship it to you". Oh and no apologies, offer to work with price, ect, just an open-ended "it'll get to us when the manufacturer sends it". If you were cooking and you asked your spouse before starting "do we have eggs?" and they said yes, then when you went to get them they aren't there, so naturally you ask where they are, and your spouse said "well the grocery store has them so whenever you bring them home is when they'll be available" wouldn't you want to scream at them? IN STOCK means you have it ready to go you idiots! Anyways, ordered it "used like new" from Amazon, got 2 day shipping for free (prime) and paid $60 LESS than this joke of a group of companies sells it. oh and what was used about it? Nothing! Box was open. Screw these jokers! Never getting my business again!"

"Ordered Goodman furnace for our church sanctuary. Online ordering convenience was great. Delivery was on-time despite horrible winter road conditions. Delivery personnel very friendly and helpful. Price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

"This company is not one I would ever use again. I ordered products that were delayed (but when the order was placed it did not tell me they were not in stock). When I emailed to get an update I got a reply 3 days later from Albert and I then asked to change the mailing address and confirm delivery dates. No reply. I called a few days later (today) and spoke with a brash and obnoxious customer service guy named Argenes who refused to put me in touch with a manager. After 35 mins on the phone with this idiot telling me what he could not do and that no managers were on duty (it was the middle of the afternoon) which was more nonsense. I was then magically called by Josh a supervisor who took responsibility and salvaged the order after another 35 mins on the phone. Overall would never shop with this company again and the only reason this is not more negative is because Josh stepped up.
Update on this review - its been a few days since I spoke with Josh my products arrived today at the WRONG address. This company is a mess and its not worth trying to save a few bucks on price when you have to deal with such incompetence across the board. No reply to 2 voicemails I have left for Josh and an email. DONT USE ACWHOLESALERS"

We process many online orders, as well as have many agents taking orders at the same time and sometimes the same items are sold and purchased at the same time. Unfortunately, by the time some of these orders reach our warehouse, an item from an order may have gotten sold out. When that happens, we contact the manufacturer and request additional units. Most of the time, they ship them within 24 to 48 hours. However, there are times where it takes longer, and sometimes due to manufacturing issues they change their shipping time frame as well. If products will take more than 48 hours to be ship from manufacturer, we place the order on hold as we do not ship partial shipments. The item is placed on backorder and we send the customer an email with the expected shipping date for the entire order. This email is sometimes mixed in and deleted with other SPAM mail and for this reason, some customers’ state that they never received it.
We apologize that you’re extremely dissatisfied as customer satisfaction is very important to us. As long as an order hasn’t been fully processed for that item, our system does not reflect that as a sale and does not reduce the amount available of that item. By the time these orders reach our warehouse agents that item may be sold out. When that happens, we place the item on backorder and contact the manufacturer and ask to ship us additional units. Based on the timeframe they give us, that is the time we go buy. Sometime it’s as soon as 24 hours and sometimes it may take 3 weeks.
