My Goodman AC unit and air handler where damaged on arrival by freight company and I had to refuse it. AC Wholesalers had a new one coming the same day. No questions asked. These are great people to deal with.

So here I sit with a heater and coil with no condenser and no information on when I might get it."

"Ordered RADON fan from these people exactly one week ago today, salesman assured me it would ship same day or next day. Checked online last weekend, item still hadn't shipped. Sent email to company, received response from customer service, jibberish stuff that me as a customer doesn't want to hear. Anyway, checked couple days later, item shipped on Monday evening, 5 days after ordering. Here it is one week later, still no package. Will not recommend to any friends nor will not order from these people again. Just tell me you didn't ship it, don't beat around the bush with CRAP a customer doesn't want to hear !!!"
"Ordered a thermostat on February 2nd, today is March 10th and even though the website has always stated that it is 'in-stock' I have still not received it. And of course, my credit card has already been charged. Always some excuse about the snow keeping the manufacturer from shipping the product. The 'in-stock' means that the manufacturer has it in-stock, not this company. I have never received anything (product or emails) from this company that was promised. The customer service is a joke, if you weren't upset enough when you make the call, wait the average of 15 minutes before someone picks up to "help" you.
I should know better, cheap price means they have to cut corners somewhere...it is in customer service and product delivery. I just hope the thermostat works, they can't understand the simple progression of I ordered it, you ship it.... I can't imagine doing any warranty work with these people. Next time I'll pay the extra money for good service, it's worth it."
