"The only issue I have is when ordering the unit I was told it was in stock and would ship right out in 2 days. After checking 2 days later found out the unit would not be in till 2 weeks later. The reason I took the unit I did was because it was in stock and would ship right out. After calling and finding out the unit would be shipping longer than 2 weeks later I had to settle for another unit that was in stock but a lower BTU. Other than bad communication or lack of follow up so far everything is ok. Unit has not arrived as of yet but is scheduled to deliver in 2 day. Will know more once it arrives."
