"I placed this order for a thermostat on February 25th. The website stated that the item was in stock and that orders usually take 1-2 days to ship. I immediately received an order confirmation. I waited and waited, but never received a shipping confirmation. On March 3rd, I still had not heard a peep from the vendor so I sent an email to their customer service department asking them to ship my order or just cancel it as it had now been 6 days with no update. I didn't hear back from their customer service until the following day, March 4th. The customer service rep, Albert, wrote: "Your order is expected to ship out by today and should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days once shipped. We apologize as the email response system and the software that keeps track of the items in stock were not working properly and thus you never receive a status update nor were the correct number of items in stock reflected on the site. We are truly sorry for this and are working on fixing these issue." This sounds like a bogus excuse to me and it would have been nice if they had overnighted the order for free to make up for the inconvenience, but oh well. I did not receive any contact from the vendor that day and the item did not ship as promised so the next day, at 8:57AM on March 5th, I responded to Albert and told him to cancel the order. I checked the order 20 times throughout the day (the last time was about 11PM that night) to make sure they cancelled it. Mid day, they changed the status from "in the warehouse" to "ready for shipping." I emailed the customer service main address at 11:23 AM and forwarded my email to Albert to them and reiterated that I wanted to cancel the order. No response from either email. Then, this morning, March 6th, at 8:57 AM, I received an automated email that the order had shipped. Twelve minutes later, at 9:09 AM, I finally received a response from Albert to my email from 24 hours earlier. He said that he was unable to cancel my order because it had shipped the previous day, which was obviously a lie. When I told them to cancel the order, I let them know that I had already ordered the item from a respectable vendor. He offered no help in returning the item or any recognition that I no longer needed it. According to their website, returns are accepted at the buyer's expense and there is a 15% restocking fee. I will obviously not be paying either of these. I called the customer service number that they post on their website advertising their "friendly staff" but it is an automated system with no way to talk to a real human. I tried several menu options, but they all gave automated information or pointed me to the website for information. I have advised the vendor that I will be refusing delivery and disputing any charge they try to assess to my credit card for this mess. Please trust me with I say that this vendor is at best totally incompetent and at worst deceitful and duplicitous. It is not worth this aggravation just to save a few dollars."

"They lie on their website and state things are in stock when they are not. I ordered a minisplit air conditioner the second day of February. The website said all items were in stock. I called in to verify that the items were in stock and was assured by "Ari" that the items were in stock. I was also told that since I'm in central Florida and they are in Miami that the order will ship out on Friday (the same week I ordered) and I would receive it on monday of the following week. 2 weeks went by. Order was never received. I called customer service and asked why my order has not arrived yet when it was in stock and suppose to have arrived over a week ago. Female rep said it hadn't even shipped out yet and the item was not in stock. When I asked why the website say the item IS in stock and Ari the previous rep had told me it was in stock, she said that just means it's in stock at the factory. In stock means it's in stock, not that the factory has it. She said there is nothing she could do but that it would arrive at the end of that week. My order has still not arrived. It has now been a month."

"I have yet to be either satisfied or dissatisfied since a full week has passed and I still don't have my furnace and when I track it, it's usually sitting on a dock waiting to be loaded out. Sorry to be impatient, but it's cold up here. I thought I read something on your website about prompt delivery, I guess it was for smaller parts, not big ol' furnaces. Give me another week or so, then ask me again."
