"Placed a $4,000 order with HVAC and the shipping company confirmed my deliver for Dec. 23, 2016 and than called that morning to tell me package was not on truck and they did not know where it was. I called HVAC friday and today monday and they acted like they could care less. They did say they are looking into it. I expect a replacement shipment not a investigation I have to wait on

"This is my second order from Ac wholesalers. The first went off with no problem but my second order not as well. The unit I ordered didn't come ready to install, it needed a conversion kit installed which I was assured by the sales person was a easy install just bolt rite in!! But to my surprise when the kit arrived and I read the instructions you need special gauges to convert to from natural gas to propane valve!! And also they have apparently not sent all of the conversion kit or sent the wrong one per the instructions sent to install the kit. now I got to buy a special gauge and try to set the unit to proper pressures.!! And find out where the rest of my kit is? Not happy!!! Was planning on buying two more units for another house I have, but will definitely be looking to buy from somewhere the units come ready for propane!"

As we review the order, we advise that all installs are done by certified HVAC technicians. The average homeowner would not own the same tools as a certified technician. The call was reviewed and the rep stated “no its just a conversion kit that you would install on the unit and it converts it over to do with propane, its simple stuff.” The rep did not mention anything about just a bolt in, as we do not know your background in HVAC whether what tools you’re equipped with or experience. We here at HVAC stores stress its very important to have licensed technicians install these units. If a homeowner tries to do the install themselves they also void their warranty, which we follow the Manufacturer’s standards on these units. Regarding the missing items from the conversion kit, we see that you have contacted us and we await the pictures we can verify if anything is missing with the manufacturer. If there is we will be happy in assisting you locate those missing items or refunding you for that kit.

This is well within the 1 to 4 days processing time for that particular item and the 3 to 5 days delivery timeframe. We do see that you reported this Friday and we advised to you there would be extended investigation that could take up to several days due to the holidays and we were unable to proceed with any kind of follow as we are closed on weekends. Unfortunately things happen during transit, and especially with the holidays time frames can possibly be delayed and can be very frustrating at times when trying to resolves issues like this.
When shipments are lost, all things must go through a time period of investigation because if it is recovered it may be faster to locate with the shipping company instead of shipping back out from our location. As we see it the last location was in your area, we will continue to follow up with the shipping company and if the investigation time period we are unable to locate the shipment we will ship you out another order or we can proceed to refund that amount that was on the order.
