"I ordered a compressor and coil. First it took a week to get the credit card verification -- understandable, but frustrating to sort out with a clunky system of scanning and faxing forms. Then it took a week to pack the order. Then it took a week to deliver, and the delivery freight service didn't call before delivering. We were home, fortunately. I may order again, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. On the other hand, once things go to us, they certainly worked as intended."
