Satisfied However....

"I purchased a Freidrich Kuhl series AC for 1200.00 Visible inspection to the outside of the package revealed no obvious damage. Upon opening the package there was damage to the AC unit on the back side one of the Brackets on the back bottom of the slide out was bent. It does not affect the performance of the unit at all however it make me wonder if AC wholesalers knowingly buy slightly damaged products or The Manufacturer allowed that to pass though QC that way. I purchased another Friedrich series Chill and I had no problems w/ that unit."

Rate before receiving....not good PR.

"We were asked to rate this company and had not yet received the product we ordered! Had to call and get tracking info.
Supposed to get here tomorrow? A mere 8 days after order was placed! Amazingly slow service!!
With this experience, in the future, we probably will go elsewhere since our contractor has been on hold.
