The liftgate service can be added for a fee of $35.00 which will provide a hydraulic platform located in the rear, that bring freight bound equipment from truck height to ground (curbside). As stated on our site, all freight bound equipment is delivered curbside. It is not the responsibility of the truck driver to unload your shipment. We strongly recommend you make prior arrangements to have one or more people to help you lower and move the package from the truck to its final location. Unfortunately HVACstores does not offer any additional services. Poor packing techniques

"After receiving two damaged units, I was given a refund. It was mutual. The units were not prepped very well for shipment, it doesn't surprise me that they were damaged for the distance they had to travel. My new unit from a different company came banded and secured with screws on an oversized pallet so nothing could get close, then it was covered in cardboard with multi layers of stretch wrap with corner protectors on all corners of the unit. It had multiple bright colored labels reminding the freight company of its value and delicate nature. My new unit (from a different supplier) arrived un-damaged!!!"

Eternal Hold

"Ordered some fancy line set covers. Half were correct, half wrong. Both sealed boxes were marked alike by the manufacturer, so I'm not holding that against ACW. That is, however, when things fell apart. Talking to a rep at ACW is torture. To straighten this simple problem out took 3 phone calls (really 2, one time I gave up after holding for 20 mins) A total of over an hour on hold listening to a recording talking about how great the customer service was...arrgh! Anyway, they did fix it eventually which is why they get any stars at all. I suspect they are understaffed."

Crappy Packing

"The coil was NOT packaged well enough for shipping (so said) FROM THE FACTORY. The boxes arrived undamaged. Inside, the coil was loose with a block of styro that bent the fins and coils. Had to return it for credit. "

"Coil case was mangled and warped. Had to spend too much time straightening, bending and locating proper sized screws. This was not what I thought I'd be receiving. "
