Not in the loop

"Prices are good, but every time I called to check order status I got a different answer for the cause of the hold up. Evaporator cabinet was dinged up at filter door. Shipping company sent too big of a truck he couldn't get into my driveway. "

Shoes for Pumps

"I ordered a sump pump from AC Wholesalers and I received a pair of shoes.
The parcel arrived and I noticed that it had been opened. The short is that during transit someone opened the box, took out my pump and replaced it with shoes.
I called UPS who came to collect the parcel and I emailed AC Wholesalers who called me back soon after my email was sent. I told them what happened, sent them photos and they shipped a replacement pump to me the same day which I have now received.
There was no interrogation just a few questions and then processed the shipping of the replacement pump.
Was a pleasure dealing with them.

"I'm 60 years old with medical issues and you send me an A/C weighing around 200 pounds
curb side delivery without any warning. It's still sitting outside until my can come from 2hrs away just to get it in the house. Will never order from you again.
