"Initially I ordered an INSTOCK Gree unit. Which magically became a not in stock order. Which i was told will be in 4 days later, which magically became 1 month later, which became a we dont know. Then changed the order to Fredrick, as they said to replace the order they had appropriate items to do so. Which became a instock to only a few items instock, to another backorder. And only partial shipping of items, which turned out to be wrong once arrived. Note the sales dept said all items correct. Well Wrong! 1 1/2 months later, still waiting on other part of shipping and still no credit for mishap and still have wrong items as well. Despite having spent double now for an installer. No wonder this countries businesses are dying, this is beyond pathetic. Time for the BBB. This is still ongoing, so I may have to add more and more to this. "

"The unit is not powder coated and is bare galv finish. It arrived dented in 3 places including the 1 support rail. The units inner packaging had a return address label so clearly someone else did not like it enough to send it back.
I purchased because of the advertised "no air bypass on filter". Ya right. Maybey after I add a bunch of foam tape gasket to seal it up. not better than others on market.
It is sturdy but there are other units out there which are same quality for far less money."

"The original shipment was slightly incorrect. Fan, but no light. After speaking with a customer service representative (Eddie), I quickly arranged a switch. My correct shipment arrived a couple of days later. Mix-ups happen, but how you respond to the mix-ups is important. Great price with good customer service. "
