"Excellent service and support, fast shipping too. Will definitely be buying all my a/c sytems from ACWholesalers in the future. Goodman systems are great for the price, have installed several of them trouble free. Just be sure to replace your lineset if undersized or flush it several times both ways if reusing the old one, and remove/replace filter dryer. The Goodman system i bought came with a new filter/dryer pre-installed in condenser unit. My only regret was not installing a sight glass."

"Not impressed at all. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and it was been almost a week now and still waiting. They gave me their word I would have it Friday and they did not make it happen. I will be asking for my money back on shipping. "

"Ordered an Ecobee thermostat. It showed up scuffed and ugly looking....appeared to have been maybe a refurbished or returned item. I called and complained, asked for expedited shipping to get me a new product asap, and they refused. They emailed me a return slip to hurry things along....been a week and still waiting for my thermostat. Saved a little money, but so far not at all impressed with this company."

"Our furnace was damaged by the freight company. We did not accept it. Our money was held until the freight company returned the furnace. We provided ACWholesalers with the fright number the trucking company gave for the refused furnace, and requested that our money be refunded immediately. ACWholesalers kept our money. They kept us waiting until the trucking company returned the furnace they themselves had damaged. We will not purchase from ACWholesalers."

I also wanted to explain that we do not ship damaged items and on the day of delivery you notified us that the shipping company had damaged your order while transporting it with a forklift. We informed you that your refund would be issued after we processed your return. Our return policy states that refunds are processed once the damaged item is returned to our warehouse.
