"I called AC Wholesalers after dealing with another online retailer for a similar item. AC wholesalers dealt with my issues quickly and were very responsive and communicated with me to resolve my issues. I am a real estate investor with many units in the Atlanta area and am actively purchasing more every month. I will be using only AC Wholesalers in the future."

"Internet status and actual status didn't match. Phone wait time was long, available time frame no conducive to nationwide product support. Customer service representatives varied in the amount they provided assistance. Some researched issues others left status quo. Negative experience from my previous encounter. Representatives miss represented shipper, caused further delay in schedule matching between driver and sub contractor. Almost a wash in the sense of money saved vs stress gained.

My order was placed 9 Nov 2015, the items were shown in stock until the following week when they posted as due in 5 Nov 15. The Agent I spoke too said they were due in on the 20th when I called on the 23rd I got the same out of stock, at which time I requested to ship the on hand items.

Further more the only reason you are showing the order placed 23 Nov is because in order to split the order the agent had to cancel and re-order with the new date. In hindsight the original order placed 9 Nov was made via Phone, because the check-out function wouldn't work from the website. Additionally the agent via phone had trouble processing the order but kept at it to provide the service. I'd rate your sales staff higher than the customer service representative i talked to on the 16th.

I’ve reviewed your email regarding your order and I would like to clarify any misunderstanding. During our Pre-Black Friday sale we experienced a very large volume of orders. Orders moved very quickly and at times our website updates lagged slightly behind the orders being fulfilled. However, your order was always on time and our promise to you was kept. Your order was placed on 11/23/15, it was processed in two days, and picked up by our shipping company on 11/25/15. Your order is scheduled for delivery on 12/03/15. This is a transit time of only five business days when the one day Thanksgiving holiday is taken into account. This is well within our promised lead time for orders. Again we apologize for any inconvenience as customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or issues, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service center and we will make sure that we resolve this matter. We are open between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm EST.

"I received the parts very soon. Had a defective coil. It took a while to get the ac guy to hook the unit up. Two and one half weeks later, found the coil bad. Called your Warranty department and they sent me a form . I filled the form out and sent it back. A week later I called to find out what was going on. After about 15 minutes of searching I was told that you need more information. I sent the part back to you($108.00) UPS packing and delivering. I E-mailed you the date that it was going to be received and the tracking #. Eight days after you received it I called again. Told that it was in the back warehouse. And I had to send $170.00 before you could ship the coil. I sent the coil to the address provided. Why did it cost you more to ship the coil than me ? Same coil. I had to call you for any information and then wait before you could find the information. After the first day I did not receive any information from you no E-Mail Phone call nothing. How can you loose the coil for 8 days? The warranty department needs an overhaul. It is not very efficient . You should have computers tracking on ever part and able to notify you when a part has been delayed too long. I hope that the reason that it took so long was not that you just don't care.

The notes on the account show that you placed your order on 9/24/15 and first contacted us regarding a warranty claim for the coil on 10/26/15. Later, on 11/09/15 you emailed us with the tracking number for the defective coil that you had shipped to our warehouse. On 11/18/15 we were notified that the defective coil you shipped had been delivered to the wrong address. We do apologize but these are circumstances beyond our control. However, as soon as the defective coil was found, we processed and shipped out the replacement coil. Regarding your shipment cost, though we paid significantly more for shipping, as a courtesy, we have decided to match the cost you paid to send the defective coil to our warehouse. We are reducing the shipping fee from $170.00 to $108.00. According to the shipping company, the replacement coil has now been delivered to you, however, if you have any further issues with this order, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service center. We are open between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm EST.

"Overall experience was great. My item arrived 1 day earlier than the UPS expected ship date. Free shipping was nice and online selection and order process was very simple. Business is also a "Google trusted store" so it made me feel more comfortable ordering from a company I have never done business with before. My only dislike-although not that bad-is that most online businesses offer quicker free shipping. However, my item still didn't take that long to arrive. "

"The 16x32 return air grill I purchased from thewebsite arrived on time. Not in the best ccondition thought. Was really dirty stained bent on a corner pretty damaged. Had to straighten out and paint the cracked part. You should up your quality inspection before shipping."
