"It was not complicated to order and it seemed everything was ok. Then I got.a call from the delivery company and they said my air conditioner was in. The problem was I ordered a furnace. So they had me call AC and they said nots a furnace. Ok so I called delivery company and she said yes it's a furnace.
So the delivery was supposed to be Tuesday 12- 400pm with a fifteen minute heads up call. Well I got the call but it was Monday. So I happens to be at the stores do was able to meet the driver. The driver was very nice and looked very professional. "
