"It took over a month to receive what was supposed to be an in stock item. I asked about specific information on the specific item before I purchased it and received wrong information which ended up costing me an additional $174. Which I had not included in the bid for the job that the equipment is for. "

In addition we do not tolerate any of our representatives creating a confusing or misleading environment. I’ve reviewed your email regarding shipping and I would like to clarify the issues with this order. There were two issues with your order that caused significantly delays. Your order was backordered due to manufacturer delays and once it was shipped, it became lost in transit. This was an exceptionally rare occurrence. Your order was placed on 10/01/15 and, after it was processed, it was shipped to your residence. Unfortunately, your order was lost in transit and a lost investigation was initiated with the shipper. Though we take great pride in the fact that the vast majority of our orders are delivered without any issues, there are rare instances, however, where events beyond our control causes a lost in transit occurrence with one of our shipments. Please know that this matter will be internally reviewed and steps will be taken to streamline replacement shipments. We do apologize for the delays as customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or issues, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service center. We are open between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm EST.

"I was very surprised when there was a knock on the door sharply at 10 am. You said some-where between 10-1 pm. This purchase was easy. The agent I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and efficient. He was not pushy and could answer all my questions.

"I bought a two stage furnace and a kit to change it to propane. The installation went well, the directions were all geared for natural gas, which is pretty standard I understand. I appreciated that the unit was wrapped and palletized on its own custom-sized pallet so it was able to ship and transfer to my vehicle upon delivery without a hitch. The ordering process was very efficient and the unit was shipped quickly and accurately-- thank you!"
