"after receiving the item, upon opening it the item looked new. how ever it did not have the Manuel for the item in the box. I had to call costumer service to find out what the color code was for the wiring. that took a little while but they sent me a pdf file for the unit. which was help full.
the unit was in a box in side of a larger box with know stuffing/ padding material to stop it from being tossed around, I have not tried the pump yet so hopefully it works."
