Due to the urgency of the order i wanted to send the person who the order was for to pick it up although i paid for shipping and they did not authorize for pick up unless the paying party personally picked up.
The order was paid for 2nd day air and it's been almost a week and the order still hasn't been delivered on time.
I normally do not leave bad reviews, but the lack of customer service and satisfaction was enormous not to complain."
"I will NEVER buy from this company again. They kept saying the furnace I ordered was backordered and would be their in a week. That literally happened 5 times. I was pleading with the customer service person and she "went to the warehouse" to try and find one. She said she did and it would be shipped that day. Another week passed with no delivery. Then after more phone calls I got my delivery and the original 17.5" unit I ordered was a 14". I called MULTIPLE times and finally had to buy ANOTHER unit. Manager said I had to pay to ship it back or I could sell it....wow. Over $300 to ship back. I was misled on several occasions. The company states they have a knowledgeable staff and that my satisfaction was guarantied. I got the wrong unit and I am very dissatisfied. Manger I spoke to did not seem to care about making it right. Kept trying to shift the blame to me. I am a busy person but I will make the time to contact the BBB so that I might save someone else from making the mistake of dealing with this company. Buyer Beware!"
